It has a switch circuit that switches the supply of gas to the alarm circuit in the event of a gas leak, and continues supplying power until the series of alarm sounds is completed, and also outputs an alarm when no gas leak occurs. This means that no current flows through the circuit.

It forms a bridge circuit with R3 . This resistance R 1
A processing circuit 11 is configured with ~R 3 and a voltage comparator 10,
Reference voltage V 1 divided by resistors R 1 and R 2 and sensor voltage divided by semiconductor gas sensor 9 and resistor R 3
Compare V 2 and output. Normally, when no gas leak occurs, the resistance value of the semiconductor gas sensor 9 is large and the sensor voltage V 2 is configured to be lower than the reference voltage V 1 , so the output voltage V 3 is 0V.

When the reference voltage V 1 is exceeded, the output voltage V 3 becomes the circuit voltage
Becomes Vcc. In other words, in the event of a gas leak, the processing circuit 1

Furthermore, the output voltage V 3 of the voltage comparator 10
is input to the OR circuit 13 and turns on the switching transistor 14. This OR circuit 1
3 is constantly energized by the power supply circuit 5. Further, the OR circuit 13 and the switching transistor 14 constitute a switch circuit 15. When the switching transistor 14 is turned on, the power supply Vcc is also supplied to the subsequent circuits, so that the microcomputer 16 becomes operable. At this time, in order to receive the gas leak signal from the voltage comparator 10 of the processing circuit 11, the microcomputer 16 emits an audio output signal warning of gas leak for a certain period of time, and at the same time, the logical sum circuit 13
It emits a signal indicating the meaning of the sound being generated.

The power supply continues without interruption until the end of the
Safety can be ensured by encouraging appropriate actions such as opening windows. In particular, by employing it in gas leak alarms, it will produce a great effect in covering deterioration in the sensitivity of gas sensors due to aging and incomplete treatment of elderly people, children, etc.
