Abstract

PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency or construction by a method in which a walking means and a vertically and horizontally movable frame are provided to a fixed frame horizontally set on the bottom under water and the weight of the movable frame is dropped on rubble. CONSTITUTION:An oil-pressure type expandible leg 2 is set on the four corners of a fixed frame 1 consisting of box beams serving also as buoyancy tanks. A vertically and horizontally movable frame 4 is attached by an oil-pressure cylinder to the upside of the frame 1, and expandible legs 5 are attached to the four corners of the frame 4. A movable base 6 with an echo sounder and a weight 3 for free dropping and pressing are provided to the downside of the frame 4. The device is horizontally set on rubble on the bottom under water and the base 6 is moved to measure the level of the rubble face by the echo sounder. The frame 4 is further moved and the weight 3 is set on a given position. The rubble face is leveled by dropping or pressing the weight 3 and the frame 4 is freely moved on the bottom under water while expanding or contracting the legs 5 and 2. The construction can thus be performed with high accuracy and high efficiency for leveling work without affected by tidal current.

Next, the working procedure by the rubble leveling device of one embodiment of the present invention having the above structure will be described.
After arranging this device on the rubble surface thrown into the bottom of the water and adjusting the telescopic legs 2 of the fixed frame 1 to horizontally stand the fixed frame 1, a plurality of sounding instruments provided on the lower surface of the moving frame 4 The pedestal 6 provided with is moved to measure the height of the leveling surface of the rubble. At this time, by placing the rake 7 on the pedestal 6 as in this embodiment, it is possible to eliminate the stones having a protruding rubble surface.

Next, the movable frame 4 is moved to dispose the weight 3 at a predetermined position, the hydraulic cylinder 9 is contracted while the rod 11 is held by the lock device 8, and then the lock of the lock device 8 is loosened and the weight is reduced. The weight 3 is allowed to fall freely and the rubble is leveled. At this time, the drop height and the number of drops of the weight 3 are determined according to the extent to which the rubble surface is projected above the planned height.

In this embodiment, when the fixed frame 1 is once fixed, the weight 3 is divided into eight sections and dropped as shown in FIG. 7. Therefore, the movable frame 4 is moved to sequentially remove the rubble surface S. Average out. Therefore, the height of the leveling surface is measured again by moving the gantry 6 provided on the lower surface of the moving frame 4 and provided with a plurality of sounding instruments. At this time, if the rake 7 is arranged on the pedestal 6 as in this embodiment, the stones with the protruding rubble surface can be eliminated.

If there is a place where the height of the leveling surface is considerably higher than the planned height, the weight 3 is moved to that position and the weight 3 is allowed to fall again. Further, when the rubble surface S is slightly higher than the planned height, the weight 3 is not allowed to fall freely, and the weight 3 is pressed against the rubble surface by the hydraulic pressure P of the lock device 8 to finish at the planned height.

Next, the pedestal 6 provided on the lower surface of the moving frame 4 and provided with a plurality of sounding devices is moved to measure the height of the leveling surface for confirmation. Thereafter, the telescopic legs 5 of the movable frame 4 are extended to be grounded to support the device, and the telescopic legs 2 of the fixed frame 1 are contracted to float to move the movable frame 4 for a predetermined distance, and the telescopic legs of the fixed frame 1 are then moved. 2 is extended to be grounded and the telescopic leg 5 of the movable frame 4 is contracted to float, and the device is sequentially moved to the leveling position indicated by the arrow on the rubble surface S in FIG.

Since the rubble leveling device of the present invention described above is a submerged type having a water bottom walking means, work can be performed without being affected by waves, and as a result, the precision of rubble leveling is improved. At the same time, the workable time is increased, so that the working efficiency is improved. Also, by adopting a locking device etc., the weight can be dropped freely on the rubble surface below,
Alternatively, since the weight can be pressed against the rubble surface, these two functions can be selectively used depending on how much the leveling surface is higher than the planned height, and there is an effect that a highly accurate rubble leveling operation can be performed.
