Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a scaffold, for an elevator cage which can be easily provided temporarily in the outside of the cage. CONSTITUTION:A scaffold is constituted of a base unit 10, forming a groove- shaped section mutually astride a joint 3 of plates 2 and having a hook part 11 linked together with protruding parts of mutually fastening tools 4 of the joint 3 in one side of the upper end part, and a footboard 13 provided in a side of an opposite hook part 11 of the base unit 10. The scaffold is temporarily provided by linking together to the fastening tool 4 in a part of the joint 3 in a wall reverse side through the hook part 11. Accordingly, even when space is narrow in the outside of a cage, the scaffold can be stably, easily and temporarily provided in the fastening tool of suitable height, to perform assembly work and maintenance inspection work efficiently and safely.

In the elevator cab room scaffolding constructed as described above, a scaffolding having the base 10 and the footboard 13 as main parts is constructed. Then, by pulling the spring built-in pin 12 and arranging the base 10 so that the groove shape of the base 10 fits into the three joints, the hook 11 is engaged with the protruding portion of the fastener 4, and the spring built-in pin 12 is released. The joint 3 surface is pressed to prevent the base 10 from tilting. As a result, the scaffolding can be stably and temporarily installed on the fastener 4 having an appropriate height,
As shown in FIG. 1, an operator can step on the tread plate 13 and safely and easily perform assembly work and maintenance / inspection work. Also, by temporarily installing another scaffold on the fastener 4 of the other lateral joint 3, the worker can move to the lateral plate 2 without temporarily descending to the hoistway 9 pit. Can be made more efficient. Further, since the scaffold can be manufactured to be small and lightweight, it can be easily carried into the work site and handled at the work site.

Embodiment 2. 5 and 6 are views showing another embodiment of the present invention, in which the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 1 to 4 show the corresponding parts, and 13 is provided from the upper end of the base body 10 and is a hooked part. It is a footboard arranged on the 11th side.

Also in this embodiment, a scaffold having the base body 10 and the tread 13 as main parts is constructed, and is temporarily installed by being engaged with an appropriate fastener 4 at the time of work. Therefore, although detailed description is omitted, it is apparent that the same operation as that of the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 4 can be obtained in this embodiment.

The scaffolds of Examples 1 and 2 are shown in FIG.
It is possible to temporarily install the three joints shown in. Even in such a case, it is obvious that the same operation as that of the first and second embodiments can be obtained. In the case of a scaffold temporarily installed at three joints shown in FIG. 11, the groove width of the base body 10 is narrowed so that the hook portion 11 engages with the fastener 4, and the spring built-in pin 12 may be omitted. it can.
Further, since the footboard 13 can be made foldable with respect to the base body 10, portability can be further improved in the case of a foldable scaffold.

As described above, according to the present invention, the cross section has a groove shape crossing over the joints of the plate body, and the hook portion engaging with the protrusion of the fastener of the joints is formed on one side of the upper end portion. The scaffold is configured by the base body and the foot plate provided on the other side of the base body facing the hook portion of the base body. Then, by hooking this scaffold through the hook to the fastener at the joint on the back of the wall, even if the space outside the cab is narrow, the scaffold can be stably and easily attached to the fastener of appropriate height. It can be temporarily installed in the factory, and has the effect of streamlining and safety of assembly work and maintenance work.
