【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、ジヤカード織機に於ける開口用スプ

管を設置したジヤカード織機に於ける開口用スプ
リングの粉綿付着防止装置において、
上記送風管の織機幅方向に適当な間隔で複数の
吹き出し管を下向きに分岐設置し、かつ、上記送
風管の周囲に、上記各吹き出し管から吹き出させ
た空気流を上向きに反転させて均一な上昇流を形
成させる均一流形成室を設けたものである。

し管から織機の幅方向全長に亘つてほぼ均一に分
岐噴出した後、均一流形成室内で上向きに反転
し、これによつて乱流作用が消滅し、整流され、
織機の幅方向全長に亘つて均一で乱れのない上昇
空気流を形成してスプリングカバー内を上昇す
る。これにより、上記空気流が開口用スプリング
を振動させたりせず、製織に悪影響を与えないで
所期の目的が達成できる。

当な間隔で複数の吹き出し管3を送風管2に対し
てほぼ直角方向で、かつ、下向きに分岐設置した
