品を持ち上げるためのリフトピン等を設けるだけ
でよく、部品数が低減すると共に構造が簡単にな
り、金型を安価に製作することができ、成形品の
形状変更に伴なう型交換の費用を大幅に低減させ
ることができる。また使用する金型がリフトシリ
ンダ用金型或いはエアークツシヨン用金型のどち
らであつても適用できるので、プレス機を共用化
でき、プレス機全体も安価にすることができる。
