Abstract

PURPOSE:To reproduce a high quality video signal with high fidelity as a reproduced video source. CONSTITUTION:Plural real video image recording sections 5-1-5-n in which a real video image is recorded are provided to the processing unit in addition to a virtual video image section 2 having a memory storing virtual video information as a reproduction video image source. When one of the real video image recording sections receives a reproduction command by a command from a host device, a decode section 1 discriminates the command and a desired real video recording section is subjected to reproduction command, the reproduced video image is selected by a selection section 6 and visually displayed by the video reproduction section 3.
