結するとともに、一方のアームの先端部側に穿設
した貫通ネジ穴に押しボルトを螺着して該押しボ
ルトの先端部で他方のアームの表面に当接せしめ
たものである。 駒体は片持梁状部分を突出形成し、該片持梁状
部分の前端縁にフランジ用取付ボルト類を遊嵌可
能な大きさのU字状溝を穿設しているとよい。

ム1,1は何れも先端部に、アーム1,1の長手
方向と直交方向に係合溝2,2を穿設し、その係
合溝2,2の側方から後述する駒体14,14を
嵌め、ビス18,18によつて止着している。 二個のアーム1,1の後端部は二股状取付部
3,3となつていて、その二股状取付部3,3の
内側には該二股状取付部3,3の側面に取付けた
止めネジ4,4によつて回動自在に装着したスリ
ーブ5,5がアーム1,1の長手方向の軸を含む
直立面内において回動可能となつている。二個の
スリーブ5,5の内面にはネジを切つたネジ内面
6,6となつていて、一方が正のネジ山の向きな
らば他方が負のネジ山の向きとしている。 このネジ内面6,6に、調節ボルト7のネジ棒
部8,8を螺合させることによつて二個のアーム
1,1は対向状態で連結されている。調節ボルト
7の中央部9はスパナ等がかかる六角ナツト状と
し、中央部9の上下に形成したネジ棒部8,8の
ネジ山の向きは、上記二個のスリーブ5,5のネ
ジ内面6,6に螺合させるため互いに逆としてい
る。 一方のアーム1に貫通ネジ穴11を穿設して押
しボルト10を螺合し、図示の如く、押しボルト
10の先端部を他方のアーム1の上面に当接可能
としている。本例では押しボルト10の先端部に
止め口12を嵌着し、ピン13で止めている。 アーム1,1先端部に取り付く駒体14,14
は片持梁状部分15,15を突出形成し、該片持
梁状部分15,15の前端縁にはフランジ用取付
ボルト類を遊嵌可能な大きさのU字状溝16,1

たように外しておく。フランジ開口治具は第3図
では一つしか示してないが、第4図のように対角
状に配設するため二つ用意する。調節ボルト7と
押しボルト10を交互に回して駒体14,14の
面17,17をフランジB,Bに当接せしめるよ
うにアームを平行に拡げる。フランジ用取付ボル
ト類Dが駒体14,14のU字状溝16,16内
に入るように駒体14,14をフランジB,B間
に挿入する。スパナ等で調節ボルト7の中央部9
を回し、二個のスリーブ5,5の距離を近接させ
る。そうすると、止めネジ4,4によつて回動自
在とされたアーム1,1は押しボルト10を支点
として傾き、アーム1,1の駒体14,14を外
方に向けて拡開するから、2個のフランジ間隔は
強制的に押し拡げられる。つまりスパナ等で調節
ボルト7の中央部9を軽く回しただけで、駒体1
4,14による押し拡げ力はテコの原理で増力し
たものとなつている。取り外したバルブ本体Cを
再度取り付けるには上記したところと逆の作業を
行えばよい。

等を加えたりしなくできる。
