Something was warm. These glass inspection sheets cost several thousand yen each, so after being used for inspection, they are washed and used repeatedly. If this cleaning was not performed, there was a risk that the test would not be performed accurately.

Disposable test sheets using a single plastic film (sheet) or a laminated material of paper and plastic film (sheet) as a base material have been proposed, as disclosed in Publication No. 74160 and the like. Since the test area is formed on the plastic surface of these, they are treated to make it hydrophilic so that the sample spreads and spread. In order to prevent the test liquid from flowing out, only the test area is made hydrophilic or a hydrophobic ring is applied. Considering test suitability, etc., it is desirable to use a laminate of paper and plastic film as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-71175. This configuration requires a certain thickness of paper and/or plastic film to provide the necessary strength to the test sheet.

た。 In the case of a sheet having such increased thickness, it is difficult to form a neat fold by simply bending the sheet, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 74160/1983. In other words, even if the paper or plastic film is bent, the stiffness of the paper or plastic film means that the folded part will return to its original flat state, making it difficult to grasp it easily when it is actually used. Sometimes. Also, if you bend it too hard, the plastic film will wrinkle.
There was also a problem that the flatness of the inspection area was impaired.

The test object does not spread sufficiently, and the test cannot be performed accurately. It is preferable to use a biaxially oriented polyvinyl alcohol film as the polyvinyl alcohol film layer.

A sheet having a thickness of g/m 2 or more is suitable for hardness as a test sheet. If the thickness of the paper is smaller than the above value, the test sheet will be easily bent.
It becomes difficult to handle.

It is. Also,
Since the base material is not made of glass but a laminated material of plastic film and paper, it can be manufactured at low cost and can be used disposablely.

強度が低下することがない。 In addition, the test sheet of this invention has a hydrophobic film on the back side, and the paper is sandwiched between plastic films, so the test sheet will not warp due to expansion and contraction of the film after manufacturing, and will always remain flat. It is maintained. Furthermore, even if the test table is wet, for example, the test sheet is not likely to get wet, so the strength of the test sheet will not be reduced.

Multiple test sheets can be easily stacked and packaged while remaining flat, and furthermore, when used, by holding both ends of the flat test sheet between fingers, the ends can be easily bent, making it easy to hold.
