内へオゾンガスを注入しながら布の中層部の色が脱色し
ないように表面の脱色を行った後で、軽石等を投入し再
度洗浄することによりデニム製品の表面を軽石等が適度
に削り取り、中層部に残っている未脱色部を露出させて
発色させるようになさしめるか、オゾン洗浄後に一旦乾
燥させ砂、金属、セラミックス等でデニム製品の表面を
ブラッシング或いはショットを掛けて発色させることを

部分或いは中層部の織糸を露出させることにより発色さ
せたり、又粒状の砂、金属セラミックスを高速でジーン
ズ表面に激しく吹き付けるショット掛け加工に於ても同

発明では脱色が布地の中層部へ進行する前に中断し、表
層部のみの脱色とし、その後にジーンズ布地の表層部の
織糸を軽石等により適度に削り取り中層部の織糸を露出
させ、色相を変化させずに再度発色せしめることを最大
の特徴とし、従来法の次亜塩素酸ナトリウム溶解溶液に
よる脱色法では溶解した次亜塩素酸ナトリウムがジーン
ズ布地全体に浸透し、表層部中層部の区別なく脱色反応
が発生してしまい、オゾンによる脱色の様に脱色後に再
度発色せしめる事は不可能である。 (2)次亜塩素酸ナトリウム或いは酵素剤を使用しない
ので、ジーンズの布地を痛めることが少ない。 (3)ジーンズ製品を洗浄加工していく過程で温度を必
要とする工程が少ない。 (4)従来ジーンズ製品を洗浄加工すると染料が処理水
へ溶出し、ジーンズ製品の裏のポケット等の白生地へ再
付着し商品価値を落としていたが、オゾンを使用するこ
とにより再付着することがない。 (5)脱色工程でオゾンガスを使用することにより排水
に色が付かず、次亜塩素酸ナトリウムその他の脱色剤を
使用しない為、作業が安全であり排水処理が簡単であ
る。 (6)上記の相乗効果により、ランニングコストが極め
