Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject product having a unique color tone and hand without damaging fabric and causing environmental pollution by decoloring the surface of a dyed denim product dyed with a threne dye and a reactive dye with ozone, then scraping off its surface with pumices, etc., exposing the undecolored part remaining in the intermediate layer part and developing the color in the part. CONSTITUTION:A dyed denim product dyed with a threne dye and a reactive dye is charged into a vessel of a washing machine filled with water at ordinary temperature and the surface of the product is decolored while filling ozone gas into the vessel. Pumices are then placed therein and the product is rewashed to moderately scrape off the decolored surface part. Thereby, the undecolored part remaining in the intermediate layer part is exposed and the color is developed or the product is dried after treatment with the ozone. The surface of the denim product is subsequently brushed with sand, a metal, ceramics, etc., to develop the color. As a result, the objective denim product in a unique hue is obtained without damaging the fabric. A dyed denim product dyed with a sulfur dye can also be subjected to a treating method of a gist similar to that described above to provide the objective denim product having a unique hue.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the first aspect of the present invention is a slene dye (slen dye derivative, indigo dye, indigo dye derivative) for denim products. In the decolorization processing method and the coloring method after dyeing with a reactive dye, after decolorizing the surface while injecting ozone gas into the tank of the washing machine so that the color of the middle layer of the cloth is not decolorized. Then, pumice, etc. is put in and washed again to properly scrape off the surface of the denim product, so that the unbleached part remaining in the middle layer is exposed and color is developed, or it is dried once after ozone cleaning. The surface of a denim product is brushed or shot with sand, metal, ceramics or the like to develop a color. The second aspect of the invention is a decolorizing method after dyeing a denim product with a sulfur dye. Adjust the pH of the water in the washing machine tub according to the coloring method and decolorize the surface of the cloth so that the color of the middle layer of the cloth is not decolored while injecting ozone gas, and then pumice etc. is put in and washed again. The surface of the denim product is appropriately scraped off with pumice, so that the unbleached part remaining in the middle layer is exposed and the color is developed, or it is dried after ozone cleaning and once dried to remove sand, metal, ceramics, etc. It is characterized in that the surface is brushed or shot to develop a color.

In the present invention, the glue adhering to the jeans dyed with the slene dye (including the slene dye derivative, the indigo dye and the indigo dye derivative) and the reactive dye and processed is washed with a neutral detergent and then washed with water. Is put into the washing machine tub and a predetermined amount of ozone gas is injected, and as shown in FIG. 1, the woven yarn 1 in the surface layer of the jeans fabric is appropriately decolorized so that the woven yarn in the middle layer remains colored. After decolorization, pumice, etc., is put in and washed again, and as shown in FIG. 2, the surface head 2 of the decolorized surface layer 1 of the jeans surface is scraped off by pumice, etc., as shown in FIG. Similarly, the lateral portion of the woven yarn that has not been decolorized with ozone or the woven yarn 1 in the middle layer is exposed,
It is possible to obtain unprecedented hue and texture. still,
After washing with ozone, take it out and dry it, and brush the jeans surface with a metal wire brush or a sander coated with sand, ceramics, etc. It is possible to obtain the same effect by exposing the woven yarn in the lateral portion or the middle layer portion of the yarn to cause coloration, or in shot application in which granular sand or metal ceramics is violently blown onto the jeans surface at high speed. is there.

As shown in Fig. 1, the weaving yarn 1 in the surface layer portion of the jeans fabric is appropriately decolorized while pouring a predetermined amount of ozone gas into water in which the H is adjusted to 3 into the washing machine tub. After decolorization, pumice, etc., is put in and washed again, and as shown in FIG. 2, the surface head 2 of the decolorized surface layer 1 of the jeans surface is scraped off by pumice, etc., as shown in FIG. As described above, the lateral portion of the woven yarn which has not been decolorized by ozone or the woven yarn 1 in the middle layer portion is exposed, and it becomes possible to obtain a hue and texture which has not been obtained in the past. After washing with ozone, it is taken out and dried, and the jeans surface is brushed with a metal wire brush or a sander coated with sand, ceramics, etc. The same effect can be obtained by exposing the weaving yarn in the lateral or middle layer of the unwoven yarn to develop color, or by shot-blasting in which granular sand or metallic ceramics is violently blown onto the jeans surface at high speed. It is possible.

The present invention has the following excellent effects. (1) The decolorization reaction of the dye by ozone occurs by cutting the binding part of the dye molecule. Therefore, decolorization proceeds in sequence from the dye molecules dyed on the surface layer portion of the jeans fabric that is in direct contact with saturated ozone water, and proceeds to the middle layer portion. In the present invention, the decolorization is interrupted before proceeding to the middle layer of the fabric, and only the surface layer is decolorized, after which the yarn of the surface layer of the jeans fabric is appropriately scraped off with pumice or the like to expose the yarn of the middle layer portion, The greatest feature is that the color is re-developed without changing the hue, and in the conventional decolorization method using a sodium hypochlorite solution, the dissolved sodium hypochlorite penetrates into the entire jeans fabric and The decolorization reaction occurs without distinction, and it is impossible to re-decolor after decolorization like decolorization with ozone. (2) Since sodium hypochlorite or an enzyme agent is not used, the jeans cloth is less likely to be damaged. (3) There are few steps that require temperature in the process of washing and processing jeans products. (4) Conventionally, when a jeans product was washed and processed, the dye was eluted into the treated water and reattached to the white fabric such as the back pocket of the jeans product to reduce the commercial value, but it is reattached by using ozone. There is no. (5) Ozone gas is used in the decolorization process so that the wastewater is not colored, and since sodium hypochlorite and other decolorizing agents are not used, the work is safe and the wastewater treatment is easy. (6) Due to the above synergistic effect, the running cost is extremely low.
