たから、安価にして簡略な構成で、チユーブを被
取付穴の深部まで容易に挿入することができ且つ
正確な位置にひずみゲージが取付けられ、気密性
がよいにもかかわらずゲージリードの断線が発生
せず、極めて作業性のよいひずみゲージ取付治具
を提供することができる。

間の内周壁にひずみゲージを取付けるに際して上
記被取付穴内にチユーブを挿入し、このチユーブ
内に加圧流体を圧送してその拡開力によつてひず
みゲージを取付けるひずみゲージ取付治具におい
て、上記小径の被取付穴の深さよりも長く上記被
取付穴に挿入可能な外径を有し両端開口で中空に
なされた上記チユーブと、上記深さよりも長く上
記チユーブに挿入可能な外径を有し且つ適宜な剛
性を有し、外周面から内周面を貫く貫通孔が穿設
され一端が閉塞された中空のパイプと、上記パイ
プの一端から上記深さよりもわずかに長い位置の
周回方向に設けられた密封係止部と、この密封係
止部を緊締する緊締部材とを具備し、上記チユー
ブに挿入された状態の上記パイプの一端側外周に
該チユーブを密着固定させることでこのチユーブ
の一端が封止され、上記緊締部材がこのチユーブ
の外周に挿通された状態で上記密封係止部を緊締
することで該チユーブの他端側が封止され、上記
パイプの開口端側から上記加圧流体を圧送し得る
ように構成したことを特徴とするひずみゲージ取
付治具。
