Conventionally, a generally known ceiling-embedded air conditioner has the structure shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, an opening b is formed in the indoor ceiling wall a, and the air conditioner body c is installed from this opening b to the back surface of the ceiling wall a. Further, the air conditioner main body c inserted from the opening b to the back surface portion or the inner side surface portion of the ceiling wall a has a beam frame d located above the ceiling wall a via a suspension rod e and an opening portion of the ceiling wall a. In the conventional ceiling panel of this type, as shown in FIG. 5, the opening b of the ceiling wall a is conventionally used.
Since the cover panel i that covers the peripheral edge of the duct and the duct h are integrally formed and the length of the duct h is constant, the following problems occur.

In many cases, a distance or a gap between the ceiling wall a on which the air conditioner main body is installed and the beam frame d and the like above the ceiling wall a is different depending on a building structure such as a building, a store, or a hotel. Even in the same building structure, the height of the back surface of the ceiling wall may differ depending on each floor. Therefore, if the length of the duct h of the ceiling panel j is constant, it may not be possible to connect it to the air conditioner main body c even if it is inserted from the opening b. As described above, when the length of the duct h is short, the air conditioner main body c which is first suspended and installed on the beam frame d by the suspension rod e or the like.
Can be solved by attaching the ceiling panel j after pulling it down so as to approach the opening b and supporting it. However, since the air conditioner main body c installed in advance has a considerable load, there is a problem that the work for adjusting the position is complicated.

Ii In addition, when the gap or distance on the back surface of the ceiling wall a is relatively small or extremely large,
A method of forming the ceiling panel j by making the length of the duct h correspond to these distances or gaps is adopted. By the way, if such a method is adopted, it is necessary to manufacture ceiling panels having different duct lengths for a large number of models, which increases the development burden and tends to be unable to meet the market demand. Further, when the number of models increases as described above, not only mass production cannot be performed, but also the cost becomes high and the delivery time is delayed.

Furthermore, when installing the ceiling panel,
Since it is necessary to select a model suitable for the height of the ceiling, there is a problem that the workability is complicated because it takes time and labor such as the order of carrying out from the warehouse and the method of carrying in the building to be installed.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is inserted into the air conditioner main body installed on the back surface of the ceiling wall through the opening formed in the ceiling wall of the room. , The insertion front end is connected and the insertion rear end reaches the opening to form a duct for sucking indoor air and blowing out indoor air after heat exchange, and the insertion rear end is a peripheral portion of the opening. In a ceiling panel of a ceiling-embedded air conditioner that forms a cover panel for covering, the duct is divided into a main body side duct connected to the air conditioner main body side and an opening side duct having the cover panel, The divided end portions are overlapped with each other by a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction of the duct to form the opening side duct so that it can expand and contract from the main body side duct, and the main body side duct and the opening side duct are fixed to each other. Configured coupling means that are provided.

According to the above construction, the duct portion of the ceiling panel is formed so as to be expandable and contractible by pulling the opening duct out of the main body side duct or pulling it back in the longitudinal direction, and is formed on the indoor ceiling wall first. The ceiling panel can be attached to the opening and the air conditioner main body while adjusting the length of the duct portion of the air conditioner main body installed on the rear surface of the opening ceiling wall. Therefore, even if the height of the ceiling back surface is different and the distance between the opening of the ceiling wall and the air conditioner body is not constant, the length of the duct portion can be arbitrarily adjusted to attach the ceiling panel.

The opening side duct 13 extends the coil spring 20 and descends downward in the direction of gravity. In this way, the opening side duct 13 descends following the extension of the coil spring 20, and the opening side duct 13 moves from the main body side duct 12 to the opening side duct 13.
Will be extended from the air conditioner body 4. Further, the opening side duct 13 is suspended by the coil spring 20 and is biased so as to be pulled back toward the main body side duct 12, and the cover panel 11 of the opening side duct 13 is located outside the opening 2. The tip end portion comes into contact with the surface of the ceiling wall 1 forming the peripheral edge portion.

As described above, after the length of the duct 10 is set while sliding the portions where the main body side duct 12 and the opening side duct 13 overlap with each other, the fixing plate 24 is pivotally supported by its hinge member 23. The opening side duct 13 is fixed to the main body side duct 12 by unfolding and moving and engaging the hook member 25 with the engaging hole 26.
When the fixing plate 24 as the fixing means 21 is engaged with the hook member 25, the main body side duct 12 and the opening side duct 13 in which the length of the duct 10 is arbitrarily determined are connected and fixed, A partition plate 2 on the main body side is provided in the duct 10.
8 and the opening side partition plate 29 overlap each other at their end portions by a predetermined length to form a suction passage 8 and a blowout passage 9.

Therefore, in the ceiling panel 7 according to the present invention, the main body side duct 12 is connected to the preliminarily installed air conditioner main body 4, and at the same time, the opening side duct 13 is lowered in the direction of gravity against the biasing force of the coil spring 20. Alternatively, since the length of the duct 10 can be arbitrarily determined by moving the cover panel 11 to the surface of the ceiling wall 1 by moving it upward, the distance between the ceiling wall 1 and the ceiling back surface portion above it can be determined. Even if the heights are different, the ceiling panel 7 can be attached, and it is not necessary to manufacture multiple models by changing the length of the duct portion of the ceiling panel as in the conventional case.

A bracket 32 forming a nut member 31 is attached to the main body duct 12. On the other hand, the opening side duct 13 is provided with a bracket 33 for inserting and engaging the bolt 30. Therefore, the bolt 30 has its head portion facing downward,
It is inserted into the bracket 32 from 3. The screw portion of the bolt 30 is screwed into a screw hole formed in the bracket 32. Therefore, the main body side duct 12 and the opening side duct 13 are expanded and contracted from the main body side duct 12 and at the same time by rotating the bolt 30 to expand and contract from the bracket 32 constituting the nut member 31.
The engagement with can be fixed.

In this embodiment, if the bolt 30 and the bracket 32 forming the nut member 31 are engaged in advance, the bolt 30 is connected after the main body side duct 12 is connected to the air conditioner 4. Since the main body side duct 12 and the opening side duct 13 are relatively moved to determine the length of the duct 10 and the ceiling panel 7 can be fixed, the main body side duct 12 and the opening side duct can be fixed. The coil spring 20 connecting with 13 can be omitted.
