るものである。しかしながら第1図ものは寒冷地
において管内の水が凍結した場合、その内部に働
く圧力によつて管が継手から抜け出てしまい実用
にいたらなかつた。また第2図に示すものはシー
ル部材が薄肉管挿入時に一部が欠損しシール性を
失うことがあり、また薄肉管の交換時に補強用筒
体だけが再使用できない等の欠点を有していた。
本考案は前記の問題点を解決すべく考案した水道
用薄肉管継手である。
