Abstract

PURPOSE:To transport and store duct joints effectively by performing easily the fitting and removing works of a joint to/from ducts. CONSTITUTION:One end of No.1 cylindrical joint body 16 is fixed to the connecting end of one of the ducts 11 to be connected together, while one end of No.2 cylindrical joint body 16 is fixed to the connecting end of the other duct 11 in such an arrangement that a gap for absorbing dislocation of ducts is formed between the other ends of these two joint bodies 16. A connection band 18 is enwrapped on the two joint bodies 16 in such a way as straddling over them. A clamp 19 is fitted removably on each outside edge of the connection band 18. A protection band 21 having a width enough to cover the gap for absorbing dislocation is attached to the center of the connection band 18 inner surface.
