[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] This invention relates to a liner (lining material) that is attached to panties and the like to prevent underwear from being soiled by the secretions of people with hemorrhoids and women.

The example shown in the figure was known. That is,
A water-absorbing sheet of the same type is attached to the upper surface of a thin flexible waterproof sheet (I), and the periphery of the water-permeable sheet (C) that covers the upper surface is thermally bonded to the waterproof sheet (I), and an adhesive layer (E) is applied to the lower surface of the waterproof sheet (I). The adhesive surface was covered with release paper.

When using the liner, the release paper is first peeled off, and the adhesive layer is attached to the appropriate inner surface of the crotch of the panty to fix it and wear the panty. Especially for women who relieve themselves on average every 1 to 2 hours, it is necessary to remove the liner from the panties and replace it with a new liner each time the absorbent seat surface becomes contaminated with secretions. However, since this work usually has to be done inside a narrow toilet, it is cumbersome, and it is difficult to install a new liner in the correct position. There was a problem of discomfort and feeling of uncleanness caused by this.

Furthermore, if the dirty liner is removed and the panty is worn without the soiled liner, the panty itself becomes contaminated and the liner no longer serves its purpose.

In view of these circumstances, the inventors of the present invention made extensive experiments and improvements, and as a result, the problem with the conventional liner can be alleviated or eliminated by making it possible to easily peel off dirty areas at any time, even if the amount of water absorption is small. Focusing on what was possible, we developed a method of polymerizing multiple individual sheets made by adhering a thin water-absorbing sheet and a waterproof sheet, temporarily adhering them to each other so that they can be peeled off, and providing an adhesive layer on the bottom surface of the bottom layer of the waterproof sheet. was used.

In a panty liner having the above-mentioned structure, each of the individual sheets that are temporarily bonded together by polymerization can be easily peeled off in order from the upper layer, and after peeling, the surface of the lower absorbent sheet is free of any residual adhesive that was applied to the waterproof sheet side, which has a larger adhesive surface, and this is also true in the case of temporary bonding by embossing, so that the panty liner has the special effect of always providing a clean surface for use.

Hereinafter, the structure of the present invention will be explained in more detail according to the embodiment shown in the drawings. In FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is cotton;
A water-absorbing sheet made of a thin woven or non-woven fabric made of rayon mixed with one or more types of synthetic fibers such as polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, nylon, and acrylic;
Reference numeral 2 is a waterproof sheet made of flexible polyethylene or EVA film, and the waterproof sheet 2 is previously adhered to the back and front surfaces of the water absorbent sheet 1 to form a single sheet 3.

In this case, after polymerizing a plurality of the above-mentioned single sheets 3,
Due to the adhesive layer 4 applied to each waterproof sheet surface,
Alternatively, as illustrated in FIG. 3, they are partially sealed 4' by heat embossing and temporarily adhered to each other in a releasable manner.
Further, an adhesive 5 is applied to the waterproof sheet 2 on the lowermost surface, and a release paper 6 is adhered to this surface.

Therefore, it is preferable that the number of the single sheets 3 to be polymerized is about three, considering the overall thickness so that there is no discomfort during use, and each of the single sheets 3 to be polymerized 3, 3... When temporary adhering with adhesive layer 4 etc., water absorbing sheets 1 with different adhesion surface areas
With the waterproof sheet 2, even when the upper layer sheet is peeled off, no adhesive layer or film remains on the surface of the lower layer water absorbent sheet, and a clean water absorbent surface can be obtained. In addition, the adhesive 5 on the bottom surface is 1 in the length direction.
It is preferable to apply 2 to 2 strips.

Further, reference numeral 7 in the figure indicates ears that are extended to both ends of each single sheet 3 as required, and the provision of these ears has the effect of making it easier to separate the single sheet 3.

Furthermore, in producing the above single sheet,
A waterproof sheet of the same width is glued to one side of a long water-absorbing sheet of a certain width, which is polymerized into multiple layers, temporarily adhered partially using heat embossing or an adhesive layer, and then applied to the bottom layer of the waterproof sheet. Although it is efficient to cover the adhesive surface with release paper and simultaneously punch it out with a cutting die, the method of production is not particularly limited in this proposal.

As mentioned above, according to the panty liner according to the present invention, each single sheet can be easily peeled off in sequence, so if the upper layer sheet is dirty each time you use the toilet, it can be peeled off on the spot and a new lower layer can be removed. By exposing the water-absorbing sheet surface, there is no need to worry about replacing the old and new sheets in a narrow toilet, which was the case with conventional panty liners, and the liner surface is always clean and refreshing. Moreover, it won't stain your underwear.
