2. Description of the Related Art There are various types of files using transparent bag-shaped leaves. For example, the file 20 shown in FIG. 11 has a bag-like shape in which a transparent left, right and bottom sides are closed inside a cover 21. A plurality of leafs 22 are stacked and fixed to the cover 21 in a shape in which, for example, triangles are staggered in the vertical direction at a central portion 23 of the leaf 22 by high frequency or ultrasonic waves, and the cover 21 is folded at the center and filed. I am trying. The documents 24 and the like are inserted into each transparent bag-shaped leaf 22.

Polyvinyl chloride is also used for the leaf 22, but polypropylene (PP), which is light and excellent in transparency, is widely used because it has poor transparency and is heavy, and it is also used for fixing the leaf to the cover. Is superior in ultrasonic welding because it is easy to work and does not easily peel off after fixing.

In the case of ultrasonic welding, the leaf and the cover must be made of the same material. With a file in which the cover is made of the same polypropylene as the leaf, the cover does not have a high-class feel in terms of texture and touch. Good for office,
For example, it has a drawback that it is not suitable for use as a gift or a gift. Further, for example, vinyl chloride is superior in terms of texture and feel, but it cannot be ultrasonically welded to vinyl chloride and polypropylene.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, even though the polypropylene leaf having excellent transparency is welded and fixed to the cover member by ultrasonic welding, it has a heavy weight with a cover having a good texture and feel. It is possible to provide a high-quality file. Moreover, the embedding piece to which the leaf is welded is hidden under the back sheet material and cannot be seen, and since it does not rise so much and is flush with the back surface, the appearance is good. In addition, the leaf is directly welded to the embedded embedding piece, and is also welded to each other, leaving behind the back sheet material between the welding points, so the embedding piece is hard to peel off and the leaf is firmly fixed.
