腔部を設け、該内腔部に対峙させてその間に介在
する媒質の変化を検知する検出端を配設すると共
に、該検出端からの出力信号を検知する検出装置
をガスホルダの外側に配設したことによつて前記
の問題点を解決するものである。

つて、信頼性を高め、而もシール装置外部へ引出
すものはケーブルで足りるので、その破損が生じ
た場合でもガス漏れは起らない等の効果を有す
る。
