(Effects of the invention) According to the invention, as described above, the horizontal intake duct and the vertical cold air duct with a built-in cooling fan are arranged on the vertical rear panel at the bottom of the rear end of the desk top so that they intersect and communicate with each other. The heat absorption fins arranged on the back side heat absorption surface of the Peltier effect thermal element built into the horizontal intake duct are exposed to the vertical cold air duct, and the front side heat dissipation surface is exposed. Cold or warm air is blown above the board, and radiant heat is radiated to the feet, creating a head-cooling and foot-heating type of heating and cooling. No cold or hot water, refrigerant, etc. are required, and each desk can be comfortably heated by just powering the heating element. Provides a thermal environment.
