をなくし、長時間の走行に際してもピストン機能
の低下を防止して円滑且つ確実に作動せしめ、製
品の長期耐用を見ることのできるスライド式排気
ブレーキ装置を提案することを目的とするもので
ある。

方向の全体断面が略エ字状の単体からなるベース
ジヨイントで構成したスライド式排気ブレーキ装
置を要旨とし、更に、前記ベースジヨイントの凹
溝状放熱空間部に外側への放射状からなる冷却フ
インを突設して形成したものである。

るものである。8はエアーシリンダー装置5に内
装したピストン部材(図示せず)を常に上方に付
勢するコイルスプリング、9は、単体からなる隔
壁として形成され縦方向の全体断面が略エ字状か
らなるベースジヨイントであつて、その一端面に
ブレーキ本体のハウジング1を直接結合するベー
ス壁9aを、また他端面にエアーシリンダー装置
5を直接結合するアダプター壁9bを有し、その
外周面に沿つて環状の凹溝状放熱空間10を有す
るものである。11は所望に応じてベースジヨイ
ント9の前記凹溝状放熱空間10部に突設した外
側への放射状からなる冷却フインであつて、ベー
スジヨイント9と一体であつてもよいし、別体に
形成したアルミニウム材のような放熱性能のよい
冷却フインをベースジヨイント9に圧入又は溶接
等で固定してもよい。12はベースジヨイント9
とピストン桿6とのなす摺擦面に設けたブツシユ
である。
