よりハンドルの上下方向の傾き、および水平面内
での向きを調節できるようにしている。

にハンドル3の上下方向の傾きは取付ボルト8を
僅かに弛めるだけで容易に調節できる。又その
際、ハンドル前部横辺部3aに設けた位置決めリ
ング11によりハンドル3の左右方向のずれが防
止される。
