Conventionally, as a nursery bed, for example,
There are examples such as the specification of No. 42051 (name of the invention: Multiplyable flat pot for sowing). This seedling bed is made of foamed synthetic resin and has a base for raising seedlings formed in the shape of a single plate, with a large number of tapered holes with the inner diameters facing downward, arranged vertically and horizontally. This means that many seedbeds were set up side by side.

However, although the seedbed is formed from a tapered hole, it has the required depth and roots are densely crawling inside the seedbed, so when removing the seedlings, there is a risk of damaging the stems. In addition, problems such as separation of the stem and roots or further division of the roots themselves, which not only make it difficult to remove the seedlings from the nursery, but also damage the seedlings themselves, are common. In addition, in such seedbeds, the shape of the bed is constant, so it is difficult to give the bottom shape of the bed suitable for different types of seedlings. There are also problems such as the need to prepare seedbeds.

Seedlings grown in such a seedling bed can be separated from one of the upper and lower seedling beds, for example, by separating the lower seedling raising part from the upper seedling raising part downward, so that the lower end of the roots can be separated from the lower surface to the lower part in the upper seedling raising part. The tapered hole remains in a protruding state that maintains the shape of the hole, and when the lower seedling growing part is turned upside down and overlapped with the lower surface of the upper seedling growing part from below, the tapered hole forms a seedling bed.
In particular, the hole diameter of the lower hole is upside down, and the roots of the seedlings left in the upper seedling growing section are pushed up from below by the upward movement of the lower seedling growing section, and the upper end of the roots is pushed upwards from the upper seedling growing section. Since it protrudes slightly upward from the top surface, each seedling can be lifted and taken out from the nursery by hand.

By the way, the seedbed 5 is formed by bringing the upper hole 3 and the lower hole 4 into a superposed state.
1 is formed on the outer periphery of the hole edge where the upper hole 3 and the lower hole 4 overlap vertically, as shown in the figure, a fitting recess is formed on the upper seedling growing part 1 side, and a fitting recess is also formed on the lower seedling growing part 2 side. This is a rooting prevention part provided by forming a convex part. That is, when the upper hole 3 and the lower hole 4 are overlapped to form one seedbed 5 and the seedlings 12 are raised in this seedbed 5, when the roots grow,
The fine hairs of the roots protrude laterally from the gap between the overlapping portion of the upper hole 3 and the lower hole 4, and the roots 13 may become an obstacle when taking out the seedling 12 from the seedbed 5. This rooting prevention part 11 is provided to prevent such a phenomenon. As shown in the figure, there is a fitting recess on the upper seedling growing section 1 side, and a fitting recess on the lower seedling growing section 2 side.
By similarly providing a mating convex part on the side, the roots that have grown into that part will be directed upwards, preventing root overgrowth due to the physiological phenomenon of roots, and at the same time preventing moisture from accumulating around the periphery. This is also effective in preventing rooting.

Thus, the seedlings 12 grown in the seedling bed A consisting of the upper seedling growing section 1 and the lower seedling growing section 2 are as follows.
As shown in FIG. 3, when the upper seedling growing section 1 and the lower seedling growing section 2 are separated downward as shown by the arrows in the figure, the lower ends of the roots 13 are held in the shape of the lower hole 4 from the lower surface of the upper seedling growing section 1. As shown in FIG. 4, when the lower seedling growing section 2 is turned upside down and placed between the legs 7, 7 of the upper seedling growing section 1 from below to form an overlapping state, The roots 13 of the seedlings 12 left in the seedling growing section 1 are pushed upward from the bottom by the upward movement of the lower seedling growing section 2, and the roots 13 are pushed up from below to the top.
Since the upper end portion 3 projects slightly upward from the upper surface of the upper seedling growing section, each seedling 12 can be lifted and taken out from the seedling bed 5 by hand. That is, this nursery bed A
Now, it becomes possible to take out a large number of seedlings 12 left in the upper seedling growing section 1 all at once from the upper hole 3 in a state where they are separated slightly upward. In this way,
In order to take out the seedlings 12, it is naturally necessary to set the height of the legs 9 on the lower surface of the lower seedling growing section 2 to be lower than the thickness of the lower seedling growing section 2, as shown in FIG. The lower the height of this leg portion 9, the lower the height of the seedling 1.
The height to which 2 is raised becomes higher. Further, such seedling beds A can be stacked in multiple stages by fitting the leg portions 7 and 9 on the lower surfaces of the upper and lower seedling growing portions 1 and 2 into the fitting stepped portions 6 of the lower seedling raising beds A. Then, the seeds sown in the nursery bed 5 are germinated in a stacked state, and the seedlings 1
When it is desired to maintain this state until the height of the leg portions 7 and 9 reaches a certain required height, the height of the leg portions 7 and 9 is set higher than the depth of the fitting step portion 6. Further, by providing the openings 8 and 10 as described above in the legs 7 and 9, air can flow in from the side into the space above each stage of the stacked seedling beds A.

Further, FIG. 6 shows a third embodiment of the seedling bed A according to the present invention. In this seedling bed A, legs 9 are provided only on the lower surface of the lower seedling growing section 2, and the upper seedling growing section 1 is simply made of a thick plate. In this seedling bed A, after separating the lower seedling growing section 2 downward with the seedlings 12 left in the upper seedling growing section 1, the lower seedling growing section 2 is placed upside down, and the upper seedling growing section 1 is placed on top of the lower seedling growing section 2.
By placing the seedlings 12 from above and pushing them slightly downward, the seedlings 12 held in the upper seedling growing section 1 are moved upward in a slightly separated state.

Furthermore, FIG. 7 shows the fourth seedling bed A according to the present invention.
An example is shown. In this seedling bed A, the leg portion 9 is provided only on the lower surface of the lower seedling growing portion 2, and a recess 15 is provided on the upper surface of the leg portion 9, and when the leg portion 9 is fitted into the recess 15, the upper seedling growing portion 1 is simply shaped like a thick plate. The upper seedling growing part 1 is provided with an upper hole 3 having the same inner diameter on the upper and lower sides, and the lower seedling growing part 2 is provided with a lower hole 4 which is a tapered hole whose inner diameter is tapered downward.
In such a seedling bed A, by separating the upper seedling growing section 1 upward from the lower seedling growing section 2 as shown by the arrow in the figure, each seedling 13 is placed in the lower seedling growing section 2 from its upper surface to the upper end of the roots 13. can be left exposed.

In the seedling bed according to the present invention as described above, when the lower seedling bed is separated downward from the upper seedling bed, the lower end of the roots is maintained in the shape of a substantially lower hole in the upper seedling raising part from the lower surface. When the lower seedling bed is turned upside down and the lower surface of the upper seedling bed is overlapped again from below, the roots of the seedlings left in the upper seedling bed will be removed by the upward movement of the lower seedling bed. , the lower end is pushed upward from the bottom, and a large number of seedlings left in the upper seedling nursery section can be taken out at once from the upper hole in a state where they are separated slightly upward, making it easy to take out each seedling from the seedbed. It can be done efficiently. In addition, since the lower end of the root is pushed up and taken out without holding the stem of the seedling, the seedling can be easily taken out without damaging the seedling even if the roots are firmly attached to the seedbed. Furthermore, by simply making the upper seedling growing part and the lower seedling growing part, which are formed into thick plates, overlap and forming a large number of tapered holes whose inner diameters are narrowed downward from the upper surface to the lower surface, the desired depth of the surrounding area can be created. This makes it possible to easily provide a seedbed with an opening on the lower surface. In addition, since the diameters of the upper and lower holes at the overlapping part of the upper and lower seedling growing sections are formed to have the same size relationship, it is easy to separate the lower seedling growing section from the upper seedling growing section, and the upper and lower seedling growing sections can be easily separated. When the polymerization state of the seedling-growing portion is improved, the roots of the seedlings will not extend laterally from the polymerization portion of the upper and lower holes, and from this point of view as well, it can be said that the seedlings can be easily taken out. By simply separating the lower seedling growing section from the upper seedling growing section, sufficient oxygen can be supplied to the roots of the seedlings. In addition, by forming lower holes with various shapes in the lower seedling growing section, it is possible to select the optimum seedling bed in one type of upper seedling growing section, depending on the type of seedlings.
