れている。そして従来この種パンチングメタルを製造す
る場合は、所要の形状にパンチ穴5を穿設した雌型1と
これに対応した雄型2とでメタル板材3をパンチングし
て製造していた。然るにメタル板材3をパンチングする
と穴周辺が雄型1のパンチ圧によって下方にダレ込み、
下向きの尖ったいわゆるバリ4が形成される。又雌型1
上面の穴周辺部は次第に摩耗して打ち抜き穴の形状が不
正確、不揃いになり、パンチングメタルの品質を粗悪に
し、又バリ4のダレ込みが益々大きくなってくるので雌
型1の上面を研磨しなければならないという煩雑さがあ
る。又パンチングメタルは前記のような各種用途に使用
されるが、用途によってはバリを全面的に除去しなけれ
ばならないこともあり、或は一部のみについてバリを除
去すればよいという使用個所もあるので、このため従
来、バリを除去する手段としてはブラシ、回転砥石、グ
ラインダ−或はザラモミで必要個所のみ又は全面のバリ
を削り取るという手段が採用されていた。2. 【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明において解決し
ようとする課題は、従来のパンチングメタルの製造装置
では、パンチングメタルの穴のパンチング方向に必ずバ
リが生じ、このバリが、パンチングメタルを建材等とし
て使用する際、使用目的又は使用個所によってはどうし
ても邪魔になるのでこれを削り取らなければならないと
いう問題があるので、このバリをパンチングメタルの製
造過程で生じないようにすること、即ちバリのないパン
チングメタルを製造すること、更に従来の製造装置では
雌型上面にしてパンチング穴周辺部が摩耗し所要の形状
のパンチ穴を正確にパンチングできなくなり、且つバリ
も大きくなるので雌型上面部を研磨しなければならない
という煩雑さがあった。本発明は、以上のような観点か
らパンチングメタルの製造過程においてバリの発生を防
止すると共に雌型上面の全面研磨の必要のないバリなし
パンチングメタルの製造装置を提供せんとするものであ

に向け傾斜研磨してバリ取り尖刄19が形成された構成
からなっている。なお当該コマ11の長さは雌型パンチ
ゴマ嵌載部12の深さのやや2倍程度とするのが望まし
いが、それよりも短かく又は長く構成してもよいこと勿

る。次に上型ストリッパ−10はメタル板材17の上に
載置するカス抜きであるが、雌型7のパンチ穴6即ち雌
型パンチゴマ11のパンチ穴6′に対応した位置にパン
チ穴6、6′と同形にして少なくとも同大のパンチ穴
6″が設けられた適宜の厚さを有する板材である。次に
雄型8は、パンチ穴6(従ってパンチ穴6′、6″とも
同様)に対応した位置にパンチ21を突出形成した構成
を有すること勿論である。以上のように本装置は雌型7
のパンチ穴6と同位置にしてその上部位に雌型パンチゴ
マ嵌載部12を形成し、当該嵌載部12にパンチ穴6′
とバリ取り尖刄19を形成した雌型パンチゴマ11を摺
接嵌載し、スプリング保持穴16にスプリング15を置
き、更に下型ストリッパ−9をスプリング15を介して
雌型7の上に載置し該ストリッパ−9の上にメタル板材
17を載置し更にその上型ストリッパ−10を置いて雄
型8のパンチ21でメタル板材17をパンチング可能に

しその際、生じたバリ4は当該尖刄19によって削り取
られ、その削面は或程度バリ取り尖刄19の傾斜研磨角
に添った角度を有する面として形成される。 パンチが
終ればスプリング15の力で下型ストリッパ−9及びメ
タル板材17、並びに上型ストリッパ−10は上昇しも
との位置に戻る。以上のようなパンチ作業を連続して行
うことによりバリなしのパンチングメタルを製造するこ
とができる。なお、雌型パンチゴマ11の背高は、使用
中バリ取り尖刄19の研磨によって除々に低くなるか
ら、図示しないが当該ゴマ11と雌型パンチゴマ受け2

【発明の効果について】本発明によるパンチングメタル
はその製造過程において雌型パンチゴマの作用でバリが
削りとられるという作用を有するから、いわゆるバリな
しのパンチングメタルを製造することが容易であるとい
う効を奏し、これを使用する際当該メタルの表裏にとら
われず使用できるという利点がある。然も従来は使用個
所によっては絶対にバリがあってはならない個所もあ
り、その部分はブラシ、回転砥石又はグラインダ−或は
ザラモミでバリ取り作業を行っていたが、本発明による
場合は全面がバリなしのパンチングメタルであるからバ
リ取り作業の必要がないという利点もあり工事が極めて
効率的であるという効をも奏する。又従来は雌型1の表
面のパンチ穴周辺が摩耗してまるくなり型抜き穴の形状
が不正確となって従ってバリ4も次第に大きくなるとい
う欠点があるので雌型1の全面を暫々研磨しなければな
らなかったという難点があったが本発明においては雌型
パンチゴマ11のバリ取り尖刄のみを研磨すれば足り、
雌型全面を研磨する必要がないという効をも奏するもの
である。又長く使用しているうちに、バリ取り尖刄19
の研磨によって雌型パンチゴマ11の背高が低くなった
場合は雌型パンチゴマ嵌載部12の雌型パンチゴマ受け
22と雌型パンチゴマ11と間に調整スペ−サを使用す
ればよいので当該パンチゴマ11は交換しないで長期に

パンチ穴の周面頂部からコマの外周面に向け傾斜研磨し
てバリ取り尖刄を形成して雌型パンチゴマを構成し、当
該パンチゴマを前記雌型パンチゴマ嵌載部に摺接嵌載
し、 更に、この摺接嵌載した雌型パンチゴマの雌型上面に突
出した部分によって形成された凹面部には下型ストリッ
パ−を嵌載し、且つ雌型と下型ストリッパ−間にはスプ
リングを介在させてなり、更に雌型パンチゴマに設けた
パンチ穴との対称位置にパンチ穴を設けてなる上型スト
リッパ−と雄型とからなる構成を有することを特徴とす
るバリなしパンチングメタルの製造装置。1.
