弾性ワツシヤーとを介在させ、 上記ベース板は、平坦な環状板で、下面に複数
の三角形の爪を立ちあげ、該ベース板がその爪を
敷物に食いこませて回り止め状態で且つクツシヨ
ン性敷物の上に乗つた状態で平坦なワツシヤー受
け面を形成し、 上記弾性ワツシヤーが上記ベース板の平坦面と
上記上部フランジの間に挾持された、構成を採つ
た。以下二重構造の床に埋設したフロアプレート
に実施した例について図面を参照して説明する。

びその上に位置する環状弾性ワツシヤー9を介在
させ、ついで床パネル5の裏がわから上記ケース
1のオネジ2に座金11を介してナツト10を螺
合し、該ナツト10と上記上部フランジ3の間で
じゆうたん敷き床パネル5に締着させてある。

トの締着を行い、そして時間の経過に伴いじゆう
たん6の上部フランジ3による締着部分が凹んだ
まま塑性変形したときは、上記弾性ワツシヤー9
の弾発力により引き続き上部フランジ3を上方へ
弾発し、それによりフロアプレートの締着を維持
する。

がベース板の平坦面と上部フランジの間に挾持さ
れているので、上部フランジを引き続き弾発して
床用配線器具の床への締着を維持することができ
るのである。
