CONSTITUTION:A gear transmitting device is provided with a plurality of gears 4-6 which are respectively inserted in a plurality of shafts 2, 3 arranged in parallel. A protruded part 12 having a smooth curved surface 11 on the outer circumferential part is formed on the side surface of either of the gears 4, 6 which are inserted into the different shafts 2, 3 and whose side surfaces opposite to each other are brought close thereto. Even when the gears 4, 6 get inclined relative to the plane normal to the shaft center of the gears, the adjacent gears 4, 6 are brought into contact with each other by the smooth curved surface 11 on the outer circumferential part of the protruded part 12.
