A corner timber square post is used, the lower end of which is nailed to a stake driven into the ground or a square lumber placed on the ground, and the upper end of which is nailed to a panel crosspiece, with diagonal and approximately horizontal connections between the two. The panel is supported in an upright position.

Moreover, since nails were driven into the ends, cracks occurred after one use, making continuous use impossible.
In addition, since large nails are used, the material cost for the nails also increases, resulting in high costs. Furthermore, the construction requires at least two people, a nailer and a panel supporter, because the nails must be driven in the correct position along the concrete wall that forms the panel. there was.

In addition, since the lower pipe 3 is rotatable relative to the hinge member 2, the temporary pipe 3
can be fixed to the panel member at any angle, even if it is not perpendicular, and the mounting position of the panel can be freely selected. Furthermore, the upper pipe 4 can be rotated and adjusted so that the mounting surface of the mounting piece 5 attached to the upper part of the upper pipe 4 is always in surface contact with the mounting surface of the panel, and the installation of the panel can be adjusted. The upper mounting piece can be nailed to the panel without considering the angle, and after finishing, the length of the upper stage pipe 4 can be adjusted to position and fix the panel.
Therefore, the construction can be carried out by oneself without requiring personnel to support and position the panels. Furthermore, the temporary pipe can be attached to the panel at any location, either on the upper horizontal surface or on the vertical surface. Moreover, the mounting piece is approximately 180° to the upper pipe.
Since it is swingable, you can freely fine-tune the fixing position to the panel.

The temporary pipe 1 of the present invention is composed of five members: a hinge member 2, a lower pipe 3, an upper pipe 4, and an upper mounting member 5, all of which are made of metal. The hinge member 2 has a nail hole 7 provided in one rotating piece for nailing to a fixed member 6 such as a stake set on the ground or a prismatic material maintained horizontally, and a nail hole 7 provided in the other rotating piece. A connecting hole is formed through which a connecting tool 8 such as a bolt or screw is inserted to connect the lower pipe 3 so as to be rotatable through approximately 180°. In addition, the lower end of the lower pipe 3 is flattened to form a connecting hole for insertion of a connecting tool,
It constitutes a connecting portion to the hinge member. Also,
The upper end of the lower pipe 3 is a connection part with the upper pipe 4, and the connection part has an adjustment hole through which an adjustment tool 9 is inserted to connect the upper pipe 4 in a rotatable and length-adjustable manner. A nut 10 is welded and fixed to the surface thereof. In this embodiment, the rotation and length of the upper pipe 4 relative to the lower pipe are controlled by the adjustment tool 9, the adjustment hole formed in the lower pipe 3 for inserting the adjustment tool, and the nut 10. Although the connecting means is configured to adjustably connect the two pipes, it goes without saying that the connecting means is not limited to this, and other known means for connecting two pipes in a rotatable and adjustable length manner can also be used. The upper end of the upper pipe 4 is flattened to form a connecting hole, and constitutes a connecting portion to the upper mounting piece 5. Furthermore, the upper mounting piece 5 has a connecting hole formed near its lower end and a nail hole formed in its upper part.

たものを用意しても良い。 As shown in FIG. 1, each member configured as described above is rotatably connected to the lower pipe 3 to the hinge member by a connector 8, and then the upper pipe 4 is inserted into the upper part of the lower pipe 3. Temporary pipe 1 Assemble.
Using such temporary pipe 1, panel 11
The support is performed as follows. First, the hinge member 2 is fixed with nails to a fixing member 6 fixed on the ground parallel to the panel at an appropriate distance from the temporary position of the panel. The panel 11 is erected in a predetermined position, the upper stage pipe 4 is appropriately rotated, the upper mounting plate is adjusted so as to come into surface contact with the panel mounting surface, and the upper mounting piece 5 is fixed to the panel mounting surface with nails. At that time, the mounting position can be finely adjusted by rotating the mounting piece as appropriate. After installation, the angle of the panel is adjusted by moving the upper pipe in and out of the lower pipe as appropriate, and the adjuster 9 is tightly tightened and fixed. Similarly, a plurality of temporary pipes are strung diagonally or approximately horizontally between the fixture and the panel to support the panel. Note that when the temporary pipe 1 is hung diagonally and the upper mounting piece is fixed to the top side of the panel as shown in Figure 2, the fixing surface of the upper mounting piece will be inclined to the top side of the panel, but it is necessary to hammer the nails. Sometimes the upper mounting piece is easily bent by a hammer. Note that a piece bent in advance may be prepared as the upper mounting piece.

It is flexible and can be easily done, and since the angle of inclination of the panel can be adjusted after nailing both ends, the work can be done independently.
