(Conventional technology) Conventionally, for cloth products made from woven chemical fibers,
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION It has been widely practiced to decorate the appearance of cloth products by applying various types of darts, such as straight or slanted darts.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, since clothing, especially pants and skirts, are often folded and washed, the darts tend to collapse and require complicated ironing, which is a hassle. Furthermore, there was no improvement in the shape of the dart itself, and there were complaints that it looked unattractive.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and forms edge decorations in zigzag, wavy, or other desired shapes for each dart that is pre-provided at a desired position on a cloth product by fusing an ultrasonic processing roll. At the same time, the structure of the dart is made by melting the fibers together to prevent them from unraveling. Using the protruding patterns on the circumferential surface of the processing roll of the sonic processing machine, zigzag, wavy, and other patterned border decorations are cut by melting, and at the same time, the cut edges are melted by the fibers melting together. This is the structure of a dart with an edge decoration in a cloth product characterized by a stopper.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cloth material 1 shown in the embodiment of this invention is, for example, a woven cloth made of chemical fibers cut in advance into a shape required as a cloth member for clothing. One to several darts 4 having an appropriate width, that is, a width proportional to the size of the pattern 3 including the border decoration 2 described later, are fixed in advance at the required positions of the cloth material 1 by stitches 5. There is.

Next, this dart 4 has a zigzag shape in the longitudinal direction,
The border decoration 2 is formed by a pattern 3 having a wave shape or other desired shape. This edge decoration 2 is made by processing the cloth material 1 with the darts 4 on it using an ultrasonic processing machine 6 equipped with an ultrasonic transmitter shown in FIG. It is formed using

This processing roll 7 is made of metal, and has a protruding pattern 3' identical to the above-mentioned border decoration 2 on its circumferential surface.
A cloth material 1 is inserted between the processing roll 7 and the work table 8 so that only the darts 4 are processed, and while the cloth material 1 passes, it is fused and cut by the pattern 3' of the processing roll 7. is applied, and the edge decoration 2 is formed on the dart 4. At the same time as the fusing, the cut by the fusing can be prevented from unraveling by melting the fibers of the cloth material 1 together.
Note that the patterns 3' of the processing roll 7 are prepared for each pattern.

Darts are placed in advance on the cloth material used to make clothing and other cloth products using chemical fibers, and the darts are decorated with edges using an ultrasonic processing machine using a processing roll that has a desired pattern, and the fibers at the cut end are made to resemble each other. To greatly increase the utility value of darts, which have been difficult to change, by simultaneously processing them to prevent them from unraveling by melting, and at the same time to maintain the desired state without losing its shape for a long period of time even if the edge decoration is used over many years. I can do it.

Darts for processing border decorations do not require stitching depending on the size of the pattern, so the work efficiency required for processing border decorations can be greatly increased, and as a result, complex border decorations can be created quickly and at low cost. It can be processed at low cost.
