Two pieces of water-absorbent fabric and water-resistant fabric shown in Publication No. 25366 are overlapped and cut into a crescent shape, then stacked with the water-resistant fabric on the inside, and sewn or glued together along the inner edge. It has become. In addition, there are many other proposals, but the above-mentioned ideas are basically representative.

Since the evaporation of water is inhibited, there is a disadvantage that it may cause stuffiness and discomfort. In addition, since the moisture-absorbing material and the waterproof material are integrated, the texture is hard and stiff, and the inner edge feels prickly against the skin, making it uncomfortable to wear. Furthermore, since the crescent-shaped cut pieces are sewn together, the production process is labor-intensive, resulting in high costs.

The parts are laid out so that they are on the inside, and when folded, the crease becomes the concave inner edge. The outer edge is shaped and cut into a crescent shape. This relates to a sweat absorbing pad which is provided with an adhesive tape having a release paper or the like as a member for attaching to clothing in the center of the sweat absorbent.

いることに基づくものと考えられる。(Function) The sweat absorbing pads of this invention are constructed as described above, so in addition to the action of a cloth-like material with excellent breathability and moisture absorption, they have a soft texture and feel good against the skin, so even when sweat is absorbed, It rarely happens. In addition, since it is a one-piece piece that is folded in half and cut into a crescent shape, there are no seams, adhesives, or cuts on the inner edge that can irritate the skin, giving it an excellent texture. In addition, there is a difference in water retention between one side of a cloth-like material, which has a lot of fluff, and the other side, which has less fluff, and sweat moisture is mainly retained on the other side that is not fluffy. Therefore, when attached to clothing with the other side facing the skin, absorbed sweat is mainly retained on the skin side, and the fluffy surface connected to the clothing is separated by a large number of fluffs, reducing the contact area with the clothing. This prevents sweat from leaking into clothing. This difference in water retention is due to the fact that the difference in apparent density, or porosity, between the fluffy side with a lot of fluff and the other side with less fluff causes a difference in capillary suction for moisture. it is conceivable that.

A 100 g/m 2 stitchbond type nonwoven fabric was produced. When this nonwoven fabric, which has a large number of fluffs on one side, is run through a molding machine, it is roughly cut into an appropriate shape and size to make it easier to mold, and when it is folded with the fluff side 2 on the inside, the fold becomes a concave curve. In order to mold it into a shape, the molded product is heated and molded with a convex mold in contact with the fluffed surface 2, and the molded product is folded in half, and the outer edge 4, which is formed into a crescent shape with a concave inner edge 3, is cut. In addition, a double-sided adhesive tape having a release paper was adhered to approximately the center of the opposite fluffed surface 2 near the outer edge 4 of one side of the one-piece patch piece 5 to form an attachment member 6 for attaching to the armpit of clothing. This is sweat absorbent part 1. FIG. 3 shows this cross section, so the inner edge 3 formed in a concave curved shape forms a felt-like soft patch piece 5 that opens in the outer edge 4 direction with the center 0 of the concave curved edge as the center of the fold. death,
When this sweat absorbing part 1 is attached to the inner surface of the armhole part of a blouse, jacket, etc., the side surface 7 is made of a knitted nonwoven fabric with excellent breathability and moisture absorption, and the inner edge has less fuzz, which is completely different from felt. Since there are no seams or cuts in the part 8 that may irritate the skin, it is comfortable to wear.

のではない。 Therefore, this sweat absorbing patch 1 may be used as a disposable item on clothing via the attachment member 6, or a part of the above-mentioned cloth-like material may be treated with a resin that imparts water repellency to the fluffy surface. We decided to add a variety of functions to the sweat-absorbing parts by adding a film, making part of the fabric material from antibacterial and deodorizing fibers, and using deodorizing fibers. You can. Note that the cloth-like material may be made of a hygroscopic knitted material with naps on one side or the like.
The mounting member is also not limited to the double-sided tape of this embodiment.
