However, in the electronic time switch configured as described above, a space for mounting the micro switch 21 and the photo sensor 31 is required, so that not only the outer shape is increased but also the parts are increased. Increase,
There is also a possibility that the operation accuracy may decrease. Further, since accuracy is required for the mounting position, it takes time to adjust the position at the time of mounting, and the reliability of detection decreases. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to obtain an electronic time switch which is easy to assemble, can reduce the outer shape, and can reliably detect ON / OFF of a switch.

Next, the operation of the electronic time switch thus constructed will be described. At midnight operation time (for example, 23:00) set in the setting unit (not shown), the control unit 4
Sends an "ON" signal indicated by an arrow A1 in FIG. Then, the movable iron core 11 is attracted and the movable block 8 is driven as shown by an arrow C1 in FIG. 2, and the contacts 6A, 6B are closed by the bending of the movable side leaf springs 10A2, 10B2 as shown in FIG. Electric power is supplied to the load 17 through the watt-hour meter 16, and a state detection signal indicated by an arrow B for detecting a state in which the switch 2 is turned on is an insulated cord wire 15.
By flowing through B, the “on” state of the switch 3 is detected by the detection unit 5 and confirmed by the control unit 4. At this time, if the contact 6B is not closed for some reason, the "OFF" state is detected by the detection unit 5, and the control unit 4 to which the signal is input again transmits the "ON" signal. , Is repeatedly transmitted until the signal from the detection unit 5 becomes “ON”.

At the daytime electric power time set in the setting unit (not shown), the control unit 4 outputs a "OFF" signal to the operation unit 3 in the same manner as described above, and the movable side leaf springs 10A2, 10B.
The movable core 11 is projected by the restoring force of 2 as shown by the arrow C2 in FIG. 3, the movable block 8 returns to the state before the operation shown in FIG. 2, and the contacts 6A and 6B are opened. Then, the power supply to the watt-hour meter 16 and the load 17 is cut off, and the state detection signal from the detection unit 5 shown by the arrow B is also cut off. Therefore, the detection unit 5 detects the “off” state and the control unit 4 Confirmed in.
At this time, if the contact 6B is in the contact state, the control unit 4 repeatedly outputs the "OFF" signal by the signal from the detection unit 5 and confirms each time, until the "OFF" signal is input from the detection unit 5. repeat.

In the electronic time switch thus constructed, the fixed side leaf spring 10B1 and the movable side leaf spring 10B2, which are the same as the conventional fixed side leaf spring 10A1 and movable side leaf spring 10A2, are used as the fixed block 9 for detecting the switch operation. In addition, by slightly lengthening the fixed block 9 and the movable block 8, it is possible to detect "ON" and "OFF" of the switch 3, and a conventional micro switch or photo sensor is not required. The number of types of parts is reduced, which not only facilitates production and assembly including ordering of parts, but also requires no adjustment of mounting positions and places like conventional microswitches and photosensors. Therefore, the assembly time can be shortened.

FIG. 4 is a diagram showing another embodiment of the electronic time switch of the present invention. In FIG. 4, the fixed side leaf springs 10B1 and the movable side leaf springs 10B2 are attached at positions shown in FIG.
It is the reverse of FIG. 3, respectively. At this time, when each contact 6A is "ON", the contact 6B is "OFF". Therefore, when the current of the state detection signal B is cut off, the detection unit 5 detects the "ON" signal of the switch 2. By doing so, the control unit 4 confirms the "ON" state.

FIG. 5 is a view showing another embodiment of the electronic time switch according to the present invention, which is different from the switch 30 and the movable block.
Unlike FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, 18 indicates the closed state of the switch 30. 5, fixed side leaf spring 10A1 and movable side leaf spring 10A2
The mounting position is opposite to that in FIGS. 3 and 4, and the fixed side leaf spring 10B1 and the movable side leaf spring 10B2 are also reversed. Further, of the movable side leaf springs 10A2, the tip of the movable side leaf springs 10A2 closer to the operation portion 3 has a XX line in FIG.
5 and 6 as shown in FIG. 6 showing the enlarged detail view of the cross section.
, A long oval hole 10b is formed in advance in the left and right sides, a hole 10c having a shorter diameter than the hole 10b is formed at the tip of the movable side leaf spring 10A2 in the middle portion, and a hole 10b having a diameter is formed at the tip of the movable side leaf spring 10B2. A circular hole 10d having the same minor axis as 10c is formed. On the other hand, the movable block 18 connected to the tip of the movable iron core 11 is formed with a cylindrical portion 18c having a diameter slightly smaller than that of the circular hole 10d at the distal end, and is loosely inserted into the circular hole 10d. Has a cylindrical portion 18b whose major axis and minor axis are slightly smaller than the hole 10c and is loosely inserted in the hole 10c. Similarly, on the base side of the cylindrical section 18b, a cylindrical column whose major axis and minor axis are slightly smaller than the hole 10b. A portion 18a is formed and idles in the hole 10b. In this case, the operation unit 3 is excited by the "ON" signal output from the control unit 4 to the operation unit 3 and the movable iron core 11 is ejected as shown by an arrow C2 in FIG. Then, the movable iron core 11 returns to the inside. In this case as well, similar to the electronic time switch shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the switch 30 is turned on and off without adding a state detection sensor.
It is possible to reliably detect the "off" state.

As described above, according to the present invention, the contact is opened and closed by the control unit that outputs a signal at a preset time and the leaf spring that is driven by the movable piece that operates according to the signal, and the load is applied.
An electronic time switch equipped with a switch to be cut and a detector that detects the opening and closing of the switch by driving the movable piece and outputs the signal to the control section. The leaf spring of the switch is driven by the movable piece. By installing a pair of leaf springs for detecting switch operation adjacent to each other, the leaf springs for opening and closing are incorporated in the switch for detecting opening and closing operations, so assembly is easy and the external shape is reduced. Therefore, it is possible to obtain an electronic time switch capable of reliably detecting ON / OFF of the switch.
