Because the tank is set in a narrow engine room crowded with equipment, it is not possible to have a large setting space. An example of this is shown in Figure 4.
The body a has an elongated cylindrical shape with a bottom, and an outlet pipe b 2 is attached to the center height of the side wall, and an inlet pipe (return pipe) b 1 is attached to the bottom, and hydraulic pressure is supplied via a hose. connected to the circuit,
At the inner end of the inlet pipe B 1 , a fine mesh (about 80 to 100 mesh) synthetic resin mesh is placed in the shape of a basket to remove foreign matter that gets into the oil while the oil goes around the circuit. A formed strainer d is attached.

The strainer body is formed by stretching a net between the peripheries of the lid and the bottom plate, which face each other vertically, and the lid has a through hole larger than the outer diameter of the suction pipe, and the inner periphery has a through hole larger than the outer diameter of the suction pipe. A thin annular sealing piece with a small-diameter opening is extended, and this sealing piece is brought into close contact with the outer periphery of the suction pipe that is inserted into the through hole, while a locking claw is provided on the top surface of the lid body to allow the suction to be carried out. Utility Model Publication No. 53-42840 proposes a device that engages with a hole in a circular collar attached to a pipe.

ルが洩れる恐れがある。(Problem to be solved by the invention) The inlet pipe B1 in the former oil tank is exposed at its inner end due to oil movement caused by tilting of the car body or vibration, which causes air to leak out, causing noise. The inner end is usually located at the bottom of the body in order to prevent foreign matter from entering the body and to stop foreign matter at the bottom.
Before attaching the cover c to the inlet pipe B 1 , fit the base end of the strainer d to the inner end of the inlet pipe B 1, align the small holes made on both sides, and insert the split pin e there. However, since the assembly work is done in a narrow and hard-to-reach place, it takes time to align the holes and insert the pins, making the work difficult. Since it is fitted loosely into the body, there is a risk of dirty oil leaking out.

However, it has the disadvantage that assembly is time-consuming.

A plurality of slits are formed in the mounting base along the axis from the open end, and a plurality of slits are formed inside the slit formation position from the inner surface of the mounting base at intervals corresponding to the wall thickness of the other pipe. A locking piece extending in parallel from the boundary with the screen part has a hanging claw at the tip, and a locking piece having a collar wider than the width of the slit and holding the inner end of the mating pipe between the base and the base. When installing the strainer, by roughly aligning the slit of the mounting base with the locking hole of the mating pipe and inserting the base into the pipe, the locking piece will curve inward and When it enters the pipe and the hook reaches the bottom of the locking hole, the hook engages with the locking hole due to its elastic force, and the proximal collar and the mounting base lock together the inner end of the pipe. The strainer is attached to the pipe by elastically sandwiching the strainer.

In FIG. 1, 1 is a synthetic resin such as nylon or polypropylene, and one end is open and the other end is closed. In the formed cylindrical strainer main body, a mesh material 2 of approximately 80 to 100 meshes is attached by integral molding or lining means inside the mounting base 1a on the open side and the plurality of longitudinal ribs 1c following this to form a basket shape. The inner diameter of the mounting base 1a is made approximately equal to the outer diameter of the inlet pipe b1 of the tank body a into which it is to be fitted, and the mounting base 1a has a wall extending along the axis from the open end. A plurality of slits 3 (in the figure, two slits 3, upper and lower) of the required width are bored to reach the boundary with the screen part 1b. Locking pieces 4 each having a beak-shaped hook 4a at the tip are provided parallel to the slit 3 at intervals equal to the wall thickness of 1 , facing from the boundary with the screen portion toward the open end, Each of the locking pieces 4 is provided at its base end with a collar 4b which is wider than the width of the slit 3 and which comes into contact with the inner surface of the inlet pipe b1 and clamps it between it and the mounting base 1a.

体1は入口パイプb1の開口端部に装着される。 Therefore, when installing the strainer body 1, before applying the cover c to the upper end of the body a of the oil tank, insert the strainer body 1 into the body a, and open the slit 3 in the mounting base 1a at the bottom of the body. If the mounting base 1a is fitted into the inner end of the inlet pipe b 1 from the side in this state, each of the locking pieces 4 will lock into the hook 4a. It enters the inlet pipe b1 while bending inward due to the action of the upper slope, and when the hook 4a reaches the lower side of the locking hole 5, the hook 4a engages with the locking hole 5 due to the elastic force. At the same time, the screen boundary portion abuts against the inner end of the pipe, and the strainer body 1 is attached to the open end of the inlet pipe b1 as shown in FIG.

Leakage from the joint of the strainer main body when entering the body a through the pipe b1 is prevented.

とがない。(Effects of the invention) As described above, in this invention, as a strainer for a liquid tank, the mounting base on the open side and the screen part provided with the net material form a cylindrical body with one end closed, and the mounting base is open. A plurality of slits are formed along the axis from the end, and inside the slit formation position, there is a boundary with the screen section parallel to the slits at a distance equal to the wall thickness of the mating pipe from the inner surface of the mounting base. A locking piece that extends from the slit and has a hook at the tip and a collar at the base end that is wider than the width of the slit and clamps the inner end of the mating pipe with the mounting base, allows the slit in the mounting base to be attached to the mating pipe. The strainer body can be easily attached to the other pipe by simply positioning it roughly according to the locking hole on the side and inserting the mounting base into the inner end of the other pipe, making the work easier. When attached to a pipe, the inner end of the other pipe can be elastically clamped between the wide brim at the proximal end of the locking piece and the mounting base. This can be done with only a locking piece without the need for other members, and the mounting part is stable and tight with a simple structure, and untreated fluid does not leak out or enter from the mounting part.
