れてなる清水管とこの清水管に直交状態で清水管
の丸穴に挿通する前記軸円管が挿通し先端キヤツ
プと軸円管とで挟さまれる回転子とからなり、回
転体が清水管のノズルから清水を噴射する反力に
より回転し、かつ先端キヤツプの中心にはノズル
が形成されているから以下の様な優れた効果を奏
す。
