These modified zeolites and the technique of adding them to polymers are known from JP-A-59-133235 and the like, and need not be particularly described here. There are no particular restrictions on the type of modified zeolite that can be used in the present invention, but one that supports silver ions is preferably used. The amount of the modified zeolite added is preferably about 1 to 10% by weight based on the weight of the fiber.

The nonwoven fabric preferably has a basis weight of about 50 to 200 g / m 2 . A basis weight of about 100 g / m 2 is particularly preferable because of the thickness and feel during use.

Here, hydrophilic fibers include fibers having inherent hydrophilicity such as rayon and cotton, as well as synthetic fibers containing a water-absorbing substance such as polyethylene glycol or glyceride-ethylene oxide copolymer, such as polyester, acrylic and nylon. And other fibers. When the non-woven fabric bandage further contains hydrophilic fibers, part of the water content in the plaster or resin for immobilization is absorbed by the hydrophilic fibers, so immobilization is possible in a short time. In addition, the water content thus absorbed in the bandage further improves the inherent antibacterial property of the nonwoven fabric bandage of the present invention. That is,
By using the modified zeolite-containing fiber and the hydrophilic fiber in combination, it is possible to obtain an antibacterial effect higher than that of the modified zeolite. These hydrophilic fibers are preferably contained in an amount of 5 to 20% by weight, based on the total weight of the non-woven dressing. If the hydrophilic fiber content is less than 5% by weight, it may take a long time to fix the gypsum or resin, and if it exceeds 20% by weight, the dressing may contain too much water and the affected area may become over-humidified.

The amount of the modified zeolite-containing fiber in the nonwoven fabric bandage of the present invention is preferably about 20% by weight or more, and particularly about 30% by weight or more. It is also possible to carry out a treatment such as dyeing after producing the nonwoven fabric of the present invention.

In the nonwoven fabric bandage of the present invention, since the modified zeolite is contained in the fiber, unlike the one post-processed with the organic antibacterial agent, the antibacterial agent may be eluted by the water in the gypsum and migrate to the affected area. Absent. The use of the non-woven dressing of the present invention can eliminate or reduce the occurrence of local itch. In addition, by using it, it is possible to prevent the generation and growth of bacteria locally and eliminate or reduce the generation of malodor. These effects are particularly remarkable when the nonwoven fabric sheet of the present invention contains hydrophilic fibers.
