As people reach middle age, many people suffer from lower back pain. This is said to be because when working while sitting in the same position for long periods of time, blood circulation in the lower back becomes impaired. Especially in the summer, when people wear light clothing and use air conditioners to cool their backs, they often suffer from lower back pain.

Conventionally, as a supporter for lower back pain, there is one in which the main body part for wrapping around the waist is made of fabric with good heat retention such as pile fabric, and there is also one in which a permanent magnet is attached to the main body part for wrapping around the waist. Are known. However, in the case of these conventional supports for lower back pain, when the body part for wrapping around the lower back is used, it easily slips and comes off from the affected area, or the fabric part turns up and does not fit tightly around the lower back. There are problems such as not fitting well, and furthermore, the heat retention properties are not always fully satisfactory.

In order to achieve the above object, the supporter for lower back pain according to the present invention has a core material made by weaving metal fibers made of a shape memory alloy into a mesh shape, and covers this core material with fabric to form an annular waist-wrapping body. At the same time, a heater with a temperature controller made of a spirally wound conductive wire is installed in the waist-wrapping main body so as to be insulated from the core material, and a current of a predetermined frequency is supplied to the conductive wire via an inverter. It is characterized by being made to do.

When the waist-wrapping main body is worn on the waist, its core material, the shape memory alloy, is heated to a predetermined temperature by the heat of the body and the heater, maintaining the desired shape and fitting snugly to the waist. It shifts or moves,
It never rolls up. In addition, the spirally arranged heater warms the affected area, and the magnetic effect promotes blood circulation, which can relieve back pain.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the support for lower back pain according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a sectional view thereof, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the core material, and FIG. 4 is a circuit diagram. In the illustrated example, the waist-wrapping main body 2 of the supporter 1 for lower back pain is formed into an annular shape, and is configured to be worn over the head or pulled up from the tips of the feet and applied to the lower back. The waist-wrapping main body 2 is constructed by sewing a core material 4 into a fabric 3, and also by sewing a spirally arranged heater 5 into a position corresponding to the affected part of the back.

The core material 4 is formed by weaving metal fibers made of a shape memory alloy into a mesh shape, which has been memorized in advance so as to maintain the shape shown in FIG. 3 at a predetermined temperature.
Further, the heater 5 has a temperature controller, has a conductive wire wound spirally as shown in the figure, and is sewn into the fabric 3 in a state insulated from the core material 4.

This heater 5 is connected to alternating current, but since it is dangerous to supply AC100V directly to the heater circuit, a step-down isolation transformer 6 is used to electronically control the commercial power supply 7 to a low voltage.
Further, a variable inverter 8 is provided to control the frequency. Note that 10 is a switch.

Further, the waist wrapping main body 2 is not limited to the annular shape shown in the figure, but may be formed into a belt shape of a predetermined length, provided with fasteners at both ends, and configured to be used by being wrapped around the waist. Needless to say, it's a good thing.

According to the supporter for lower back pain according to the present invention, the core material 4 of the waist-wrapping main body is woven into a mesh shape and a shape memory alloy formed in an annular shape is used. Since it maintains its shape as shown in Figure 1 due to the human body's body temperature, it can eliminate problems such as curling up during use, shifting from the affected area, or falling off, which is the case with conventional back pain supports made of simple fabric.

Furthermore, when not in use, it can be folded and washed freely, improving usability. Furthermore, when using
By using the spirally attached heater 5 so as to hit the affected area on the back, the affected area is heated to approximately the same temperature as the temperature of a hot spring (approximately 37° to 43°) suitable for lower back pain treatment, thereby improving blood circulation. In addition to promoting
By controlling the frequency with an inverter, electromagnetic waves are generated, and this electromagnetic effect makes the blood circulation promotion even more effective, and can be expected to have a significant effect on the treatment of lower back pain.

Moreover, since the conductive wire of the heater 5 is wound in a spiral, the lines of magnetic force can be concentrated at the center, and by arranging the heater so that the center hits the affected area,
Blood circulation promotion by magnetic lines of force can be made even more effective. The power source for the heater is as follows:
Needless to say, batteries may be used.
