Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 11a, b, and c, for example, a structure has been proposed in which a bolt/nut d is fixed to a receiving metal fitting c having a hook b on a tilt a, and in this case, the said receiving metal fitting c is thick. (9mm
A steel plate bent into a Z shape is used, and a separate wooden spacer e is used inside the tilting hollow part.
A structure has been proposed in which the bolts and nuts d are inserted into the bolts and nuts d, and FIGS. 12a and b
As shown in FIG. 2, a long and narrow notch i is formed in the outer wall g of the tilter f from its end surface h, a bolt j is inserted from the end surface h of the tilter f through this notch i, and a nut k is screwed into the bolt j. A structure has also been proposed in which a receiving metal fitting m having a hook l is fixed along the outer wall g of the tilt f.

In the case of the structure shown in Fig. 11a, b, and c, it is necessary to bend a thick steel plate as the receiving metal fitting c.
The bending process is troublesome and has low precision, and there is a possibility that the bent part, which has become thinner and hardened through use, may break, causing an accident, and there is also a risk that the tilt aori itself may be destroyed. In addition, the receiving metal c protrudes outward from the tilt a, which not only affects the overall design of the car body as it is added to the vehicle width dimension, but also for safety reasons as the bolts and nuts d protrude outward. Furthermore, it is necessary to prepare a separate wooden spacer e in the hollow part of the tilt a, which affects the machining accuracy of the receiving metal fittings and maintaining the position on the outer surface of the tilt, etc.
Installation work is cumbersome and inconvenient.

First, in FIGS. 1 to 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a receiving metal fitting made of a steel plate having a hook portion 2 at one end, and a fixing hole 4 is appropriately provided in the base portion 3 of the receiving metal fitting.
On the other hand, the support member 5 made of aluminum alloy is composed of a cover plate 6 constructed as an integral casting to form an end face portion, and contact plates 7a on four sides extending horizontally from the cover plate 6 to form an end face portion. The base 3 of the receiving metal fitting 1 is connected to the support member 5 through a long hole 9 provided in the cover plate 6. The fixing hole 10 inserted into the interior and bored in the abutment plate 7a at a position corresponding to the fixing hole 4 is made to match with the fixing hole 4,
The inner cover 11a is removed in advance, and the support member 5 is inserted into the hollow part 13 of the tilt 12, and passed through the fixing hole 14 drilled in the tilt 12 and the fixing holes 4 and 10. The tilt 12, the support member 5, and the receiving metal fitting 1 are connected and integrated through bolts and nuts 15 as fixing means that are attached to the housing. Note that instead of the bolts and nuts 15, screws or rivets may be used as the fixing means.

After that, the inner cover 11 is fitted onto the tilt 12, and the fixing holes 16 provided in the inner cover 11 are inserted.
The inner cover 11 and the support member 5 are fastened together by countersunk screws 18 which are inserted into fixing screw holes 17 provided in corresponding parts of the support member 5. In addition, by making the cover plate 6 of such a size as to close the end face of the tilt tilt 12, the appearance of the end face of the tilt tilt 12 can be kept beautiful.
Further, the end face of the tilt 12 below the connecting portion of the support member 5 is closed by appropriately connecting a post member (corner post or end post) 19 made of aluminum to the connecting piece 8.

FIGS. 5 and 6 show an example of how to deal with the case where there is no inner cover part on the tilter. In this case, the upper rail 12a of the tilter 12, the support member 5, and the top surface and outer surface of the upper rail 12a are It shall be fastened with countersunk rivets 20. Note that countersunk screws can be used instead of countersunk rivets for fastening on the outer surface; in either case, there are no protrusions to the outside and a smooth appearance can be obtained. Said tilt 12
The post member 19 is connected to the post member 19 by a rivet 21 on the side surface of the post member 19, but in some cases, the post member 19 may be attached for reinforcement.
Riveting 22 is also considered on the end face.

As a method of fastening the support member 5 on the top surface of the upper rail 12a of the tilt 12, it is possible to use bolts and nuts 23 as the fixing means as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 8, the supporting member 5 is connected to the abutment plate 7a by using a screw hole 24 in the fixing hole 24 of the base 3, and connecting the supporting member 5 from the outside of the tilt 12.
The three parts may be connected by a countersunk screw 25 that penetrates through and is screwed into the screw hole 24. Note that instead of providing the screw hole 24 in the base 3, it is also possible to use a nut 26 welded in series with the fixing hole 4 of the base 3 of the receiving metal fitting 1, as shown in FIG. 9B.

Next, FIG. 10 shows an example in which the cover plate 6' is formed integrally with a post member 19' made of an extruded aluminum section. The base 3' is fixed to a support member 5' made of an aluminum alloy profile by bolts and nuts 15' as fixing means. In this case, the bolts and nuts 15' are designed not to protrude beyond the outer shape of the support member 5'. This support member 5' is inserted into the hollow part 13' of the tilt 12', and the fixing holes 27 and 28 are bored in the top surfaces of the support member 5' and the tilt 12', respectively.
The support member 5' is fixed to the tilt 12' by screwing in a countersunk screw 29 as a fixing means through the fixing hole 30 drilled in the inner cover 11' and the fixing hole 31 formed in the support member 5'. The inner cover 1 is fixed with countersunk rivets 32 as fixing means inserted through the inner cover 1.
1', and then pass the elongated hole 9' provided in the cover plate 6' through the receiving fitting 1', and then attach the post member 1'.
9' is mounted on the end face of the tilt 12', and through the fixing hole 33 bored in the side surface of the post member 19',
The post member 19' is fixed to the tilt 12' using appropriate fixing means such as rivets.
