となし、かつ、該主部材の内部に複数の隔壁を間
隔をおいて溶接固定し、前記隔壁と隔壁との間の
斜面部の頂部から前記内側直立部に至る水平部の
一部を開口させた切り欠き部を形成し、該切り欠
き部に肉厚が主部材より厚くて複数のボルト穴を
有する座板を水平に嵌着し、その座板と主部材お
よび隔壁とを一体に溶接固定したことを特徴とす
