[Prior Art] As shown in FIG. 4, conventionally, a filler 1 with a hollow inside used for a fitting type anti-slip for buildings has a structure that shrinks in the longitudinal direction after fitting into a metal base 2. A thin metal plate 3 is buried so that there is no gap at the end.

On the other hand, with this type of fitting type anti-slip, it is necessary to deform the filler 1 once after fixing the metal base 2 to the stairs and fit it into the fitting recess of the metal base 2. In the material 1, the hollow part is removed and the thin metal plate 3 is buried in either the upper or lower direction, which reduces the flexibility of the filler 1, that is, the buffering function, and causes local deformation. However, there have been problems in that the thin metal plates may peel off during the process, and that the fitting process is time-consuming. The present invention has been made to solve these problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a non-slip device for buildings that can strengthen the bond between thin metal plates and facilitate installation work.

[Means for Solving the Problems] According to the present invention, the above-mentioned object is to form a fitting groove in the longitudinal passage, and to fix a metal fitting to the nosing of the stairs, as shown in FIG. 1 corresponding to the embodiment. a base, and a filler in which a thin metal plate for shrinkage prevention is embedded along the longitudinal direction of the fleshy part, the filler being fitted into the fitting groove of the metal base, and the thin metal plate is the filler. At approximately symmetrical positions in the width direction during molding, and at approximately the center in the meat pressure direction,
They are buried and integrated with each other at appropriate intervals, and a downward groove is provided in the center of the back side of the filler to prevent bending stress from occurring in the thin metal plate when fitting the filler to the metal base. This is achieved by providing anti-slip protection for buildings.

In the present invention, when the filler is molded, two metal thin plates are embedded and integrated in approximately symmetrical positions in the width direction and approximately in the center of the wall thickness direction, so that the filler is evenly distributed inside the filler. It is arranged to prevent local deformation and partial peeling of the thin metal plate after fitting to the metal base, and to form a downward groove on the lower surface side to enable necessary temporary deformation during filling, It aims to improve work efficiency, prevent deformation after mating, maintain the buffering function of the filler, and absorb the head of fasteners such as screws used as a means of fixing the metal base. . Furthermore, the downward groove formed in the center of the back surface of the filler restricts the bending position of the filler when fitting into the metal base, thereby preventing the generation of stress on the thin metal plate.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 2 denotes a metal base fixed to the nosing of a stairway, and a fitting groove 20 for fitting the filler 1 is formed in the upper surface of the metal base in a longitudinal manner. The filler 1 fitted into the metal base 2 is made of a flexible material such as vinyl chloride resin and molded into an external shape that matches the fitting groove 20 of the metal base 2, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. It is formed by
Anti-slip uneven strips 11 are formed to improve the anti-slip effect. In addition, this filler 1
Inside the fleshy part, two thin metal plates 3, 3 made of aluminum or the like are placed along the longitudinal direction in parallel to each other at approximately symmetrical positions in the width direction during molding.
And it is buried and integrated approximately in the center in the thickness direction,
This prevents shrinkage over time after installation on the metal base 2 from occurring in the longitudinal direction and, for example, from creating a gap with the parting material 12. On the other hand, in the width direction of the filler 1, downward grooves 5, 5 having a substantially semicircular cross section are formed on the lower surface side of the thin metal plates 3, 3, and between the two downward grooves 5, 5 approximately in the center. An elongated downward groove portion 4 is formed. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the filler 1 has an elongated downward groove 4 formed approximately at the center of the back surface thereof.
It is bent in a substantially inverted shape around the center and fitted into the fitting groove 20 of the metal base 2, absorbing the head of the fastener 8 such as a screw used for fixing the metal base 2, and the both sides thereof. When the locking edges 7, 7 formed at the front and rear ends by the substantially semicircular downward grooves 5, 5 are engaged with the locking recesses 6, 6 of the metal base 2, the thin metal plate 3 , 3 to prevent interference with engagement due to localized increase in rigidity,
It makes the work easier. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a stainless steel plate or the like is bent and molded to form semicircular grooves 5 on the metal base 2 at positions corresponding to the substantially semicircular downward grooves 5 formed on the back surface of the filler 1. Although the circular bulges 9, 9 are provided protrudingly and the bulges 9, 9 are positioned within the downward grooves 5, 5 in the fitted state, the third embodiment
As shown in the figure, the above-mentioned bulging part is removed using a metal base 2 made of extruded brass, aluminum, etc., and the space between the semicircular downward grooves 5, 5 and the flat plate part of the metal base 2 is removed. A filler material 1 is used in which a void is formed in the filler material 1 to give it more flexibility.

As is clear from the above description, according to the anti-slip structure for buildings according to the present invention, two parts are embedded and integrated into the filling material at approximately symmetrical positions in the width direction and approximately at the center in the thickness direction during molding. Since the metal thin plates are arranged evenly, local deformation and partial peeling after filling can be prevented and they can be firmly integrated. Furthermore, on the back side, an approximately semicircular downward groove is formed on the lower side of the two thin metal plates, and an elongated downward groove is formed between the semicircular downward grooves approximately in the center of the back surface, so that it is necessary to fill the metal plate. This enables temporary deformation and allows the fitting operation to be performed efficiently. In addition, if the filler is bent when fitting to the metal base, it will be forcibly deformed from the thin downward groove, which prevents force from being applied to the thin metal plate, and as a result, In addition to improving the workability of installing the filler, it is possible to reliably prevent the filler from being deformed or the thin metal plate from falling off.
