て一列に複数個のエンボス部3が設けられており、この
エンボス部3には後記するねじ4の頭部が収納されるよ
うに構成されている。このエンボス部3の横断面形状は
ねじ4の頭部径よりも大きな一辺を持つ矩形状に形成さ
れており、しかもこのエンボス部3の底部は下方に向か
うに従って略四角錘台を形成するように傾斜する傾斜面
3aでなっており、ねじ4の頭部座面との間の四隅に空
隙ができるように構成されている。また、このエンボス
部3の底部の中心位置には、所望ねじ4の脚部が貫挿可
能な下穴3bが穿設されており、このエンボス部3内に
はねじ4がその頭部を底部の傾斜面3aに係止させると
ともにその脚部を下穴から突出させて収納されている。
さらに、前記エンボスキャリアテープ2には前記エンボ
ス部3を覆うようにフィルム状のトップカバーテープ5
が貼付されており、部品キャリアテープ1の移送中にね
じ4がエンボス部3から落下しないように構成されてい
る。このエンボスキャリアテープ2には所定間隔をおい
て一列にピッチ穴6が穿設されており、エンボスキャリ
アテープ2が所定ピッチごと供給可能に構成されてい
