本考案はクツシヨン性、断熱性等にすぐれた軽

(従来の技術)
熱可塑性樹脂の発泡体は柔軟で断熱性、吸音性
等がすぐれているので、クツシヨン材、断熱材、
吸音材等の用途に広く使用されている。又発泡シ
ートを不織布、布、プラスチツクフイルムと積層
することも広く行なわれている(たとえば実開昭
54−27182号公報、特開昭54−55086号公報、特開
昭55−17560号公報等)。しかしながらクツシヨン

本考案は立体網状シートの両面に発泡シートが

上記立体網状シートは直径0.2〜2.0mmの多数の
連続する熱可塑性樹脂フイラメントが立体的に屈

着して多数の山部と山部間のくぼみ部が形成され

トに耐候性、耐熱性等を付与したり着色するため
に、従来公知の紫外線安定剤、熱安定剤、着色剤

する面積重量は50000g/m3以下であつて空隙率

立気泡のポリオレフイン発泡シートが好ましく、

叉位置で相互に熱融着されて多数の山部11とく
ぼみ部12が交互に形成されている。この立体網
状シート1の厚さに対する面積重量は23500g/
m3であり、空隙率は98%である。図中2は立体網
状シート1の両面に熱融着された発泡シートであ
る。発泡シート2はポリエチレンで製されてお

るのであるから、軽量であつて柔軟でクツシヨン
性がすぐれ、さらに断熱性、吸音性等がすぐれて
