2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a container for filling toothpaste, etc.
Laminate tube containers are widely used. This laminated tube is composed of a body member made of a synthetic resin laminated sheet containing a metal foil, with both side edges thereof overlapped with each other to form a seal portion, and a synthetic resin mouth portion at one end of the opening of the body member. It is a container that integrates.

Here, since the raw material forming the body member is made of a laminated sheet containing a metal foil, when forming both sides edges of the raw material to form a seal portion, internal heat is generated by high frequency heating from the outer surface. A strong seal was possible in a short time.

On the other hand, when the material made of a laminated sheet containing a metal foil is used as described above, the content is excellent in protection, but the content is invisible, and the metal foil remains after incineration after use. Due to disposal problems, a laminated tube container having no metal foil has been desired.

For this purpose, when a laminated sheet having a structure in which a metal foil is removed from a raw material constituting a body member of a tube is used, a high frequency wave is used as a means for superposing both side edges of the raw material to form a seal portion. The heating method cannot be used.

As another means for forming the seal portion,
There is a heat seal method by heating from the outside. Since this heat sealing method is heating by heat transfer from the outside, it has a drawback that joining of both side edges of the original fabric is not sufficient in a short time. In order to eliminate this drawback, FIG.
And as shown in FIG. 6, both side edge portions 22a of the original fabric 20,
It is also performed that the joint surface of 22b is heated in advance, both side edges are overlapped, and the seal portion 21 is formed by applying heat and pressure from the outside.

However, the seal portion 21 formed in this way
Is closer to the side edge portions 22a and 22b, the synthetic resin 24 forming the laminated sheet is heated and pressed at the time of sealing,
It is extruded outward, and the thickness of the synthetic resin layer 25 between the laminated sheets and the inner surface becomes thin (see FIGS. 5 and 6).

As described above, when manufacturing a body member for a laminated tube container which does not contain a metal foil, both side edges of a raw fabric made of one long synthetic resin laminated sheet are superposed, and the superposed portion is superposed. However, if the content is highly penetrating like toothpaste, the end face of the inner edge of the overlapping part may be exposed to the content or the synthetic resin layer on the inner surface may be exposed. Becomes thin, and the adhesive strength between the layers of the laminated sheet decreases due to the permeation of the contents, the adhesive strength of the overlapping part gradually decreases, or it is difficult to completely melt the sealing surface. However, there is a problem that the sealing surface is likely to be incomplete.

[0009] As a means for improving the deterioration of the adhesion state of the both side edges of the body part for a laminated tube container as described above,
Protect the end face of the inner edge of the overlapping part,
It is conceivable to attach a synthetic resin tape (hereinafter referred to as inner surface auxiliary tape) so as to cover this end surface, but simply send the inner surface auxiliary tape continuously with the original fabric and overlap both side edges of the original fabric. When heat-sealing the mating portion, it is necessary to set the heating temperature of the heating means to be high in order to obtain sufficient adhesive strength. Therefore, the very thin inner surface auxiliary tape may be easily broken by the heat at the time of heat sealing.

That is, the present invention relates to a method for producing a body member for a laminated tube container by laminating and fusing both side edges of a long sheet made of a synthetic resin laminated sheet on each other. It is continuously drawn out, and the long sheet is gradually curved in a direction in which the both side edge portions are overlapped with each other, and at the same time, the inner surface auxiliary tape is continuously fed out in a direction to cover the overlapping portion of the both side edge portions from the inner surface, and then the both side Immediately before the edges and the inner auxiliary tape overlap with each other, hot air is used to preheat at least the joint surfaces of the both side edges, and immediately the upper portion and the inner auxiliary tape are heated from above and below by the band heater in a state of being overlapped with each other. A method for manufacturing a body member for a laminated tube container, characterized in that it is adhered by applying pressure and then cut into a predetermined length. It is intended to provide.

As described above, according to the present invention, at least the overlapping portions of both side edges of the body portion for the laminated tube container and, if necessary, the joining surface of the inner surface auxiliary tape for reinforcing the overlapping portion are included. Since it is preheated with hot air and then immediately heated and pressed to fuse them, even a raw sheet made of a laminated sheet containing no metal foil can be firmly adhered by the heat sealing method, and Since the temperature of the steel band (band heater) that is the heating means can be made lower than that of the conventional heating means, it is possible to prevent the inner surface auxiliary tape from breaking due to heat during heat sealing as in the conventional case. ..

When manufacturing a body member for a laminated tube container in which the inner surface auxiliary tape is protected,
First, heat the overlapping part of the long sheet made of synthetic resin laminated sheet and the inner surface auxiliary tape with hot air,
Since a part of these surface portions are melted and then directly adhered to each other, the overlapping portions of both side edges of the laminated tube container body can be fused very well, and the liquid tightness is also very good. Become. Further, there is no fear that the inner surface auxiliary tape will be broken by heat during heat sealing. Therefore,
It is possible to easily manufacture a body member for a laminated tube container capable of stably maintaining the adhered state of the body portion for a laminated tube container, even when the content has a large permeability such as toothpaste. It will be possible.

1. A method for producing a body member for a laminated tube container by laminating and fusing both side edges of a long sheet made of a synthetic resin laminated sheet with each other, the long sheet being continuously drawn out. Then, the long sheet is gradually curved in a direction in which the both side edge portions are overlapped with each other, and at the same time, the inner surface auxiliary tape is continuously fed out in a direction of covering the overlapping portion of the both side edge portions from the inner surface, and then the both side edge portions and Immediately before the inner auxiliary tapes are overlapped with each other, hot air is used to preheat at least the joint surfaces of the both side edge portions, and then the overlapping portion and the inner auxiliary tape are immediately heated and pressed from above and below by a band heater in a state of being overlapped with each other. A method for manufacturing a body member for a laminated tube container, which comprises adhering and then cutting to a predetermined length.
