The distal end side connecting parts of the tissue collecting member are set to be connected to the tubular holding part. In this state, by operating the proximal side operation section of the insertion tube, the operation wire is pulled in the axial direction, and along with the operation of pulling the operation wire, the tubular section of the insertion tube is inserted through the tissue sampling member. The holding portion is bent substantially at right angles to the main body side of the insertion tube to adjust the direction of the tissue sampling portion.

Only the operation wire connected to the proximal side operation part of the insertion tube is pulled out to the proximal side, and the tissue sampling member of the tissue sampling tool remains in the state that it is held in the tubular holding part at the tip of the insertion tube. There was a risk that Therefore, in this case, for example, when the insertion tube is pulled out from the body cavity, the tissue sampling member of the tissue collection tool may fall off the tubular holding portion at the tip of the insertion tube and remain in the body cavity. ..
