取替作業は各ナンバリング機の位置調整作業を伴
い多大の時間と労力を必要とし、能率を低下させ
る原因となつていた。この時間、労力のロスを防
ぐため印刷物の種類に応じたナンバー機取付け済
みのナンバー凸胴を予め用意しておき、印刷物の
切替り時、ナンバー凸胴の軸をその軸受けから外
して別のナンバー凸胴に取り替えて作業能率を上
げる方法が用いられているが、尚機枠の両軸受け
からのナンバー凸胴脱着は面倒であり、又軸受に
装着時ナンバー凸胴の軸方向、回転円周方向の位
置、即ち前後左右のナンバー打ち込み位置の微調
整手作業が大変厄介であつた。本考案はこれらの
問題点を一挙に解決すべく考案されたものであつ
て、ナンバー軸を三分して、両端のナンバー軸端
部と中央のナンバー軸中間部とに分け、中間部を
容易に軸端部から離脱可能にし、中間部だけを交
換すると同時に、装着後両軸受けから軸端部分を
僅かにスライドできる様な構成となし、更にナン
バー凸胴の前後左右の位置微調整を行える公知機
構を付加して組み合わせたものである。

れ、ナンバー軸端部14aの微小摺動移動によつ
て、該軸にキーを介して固定されたヘリカル歯車
19と駆動原からのヘリカルギヤ20の噛合位置
がずれて、ナンバー凸軸の回転方向位置微調整が
行われる。21は他の部分に運動を伝達する歯車
である。

軸方向位置微調整をナンバー凸胴を機台に取りつ
けた位で直ぐ行うことができる。又、ナンバー凸
胴を機台に取り付けた儘で、その回転方向位置の
微調整を行うには、第2図に於ける軸方向位置調
整機構17aとこれに連結するヘリカリギヤ19
を利用する。前記の調整機構17と同様に調整つ
まみ(図示はせず)を廻わすことによつて、デス
ク18aを微小移動させ、これに固着されたヘリ
カルギヤ19を軸方向に微小移動させて駆動側の
ヘリカルギヤ20との噛み合い位置を僅かにスラ
イドさせ、ナンバー軸回転方向の位置の微調整を
行う。
