"Prior Art" A conventional ceiling structure is shown in FIGS. 10 and 11. As shown in FIG. 11, conventionally, hanging bolts 12 are suspended from inserts 17 buried in a concrete slab 16 at appropriate intervals.
Then, a hanging hardware 15 is connected to the hanging bolt 12, and a field edge receiver 13 is locked to the hanging hardware 15, and a field edge 14 is attached via a field edge connecting hardware 18. Then, a ceiling board such as gypsum board is attached to this edge 14 to construct a ceiling wall surface.

On the other hand, ceiling structures in the free-standing tile panel construction method, in which wall panels are connected to form a room, are shown in FIGS. 5 to 9. First, a tile panel structure 2 that can be installed independently is formed by connecting a tile panel to a frame 7 that has been formed in advance. This tile panel structure 2 is erected to construct a tile panel wall surface. The aim is to use this to construct a suspended ceiling structure. To construct a suspended ceiling, as shown in FIG. 7, the tile panel walls are connected and integrated using wall connection members 10 shown in FIG. 8.
Thereafter, a hooking hardware 11 is secured to the wall connecting member 10, and a hanging bolt 12 is suspended from the lower end of the hardware. After that, the ceiling and wall surfaces are configured in the same manner as in the conventional general case.

"Problems to be Solved by the Invention" In the conventional general suspended ceiling structure, it was necessary to arrange a large number of inserts 17 at the time of concrete pouring, and the work was troublesome. Also,
If the insert 17 is placed in the wrong position, the hanging bolts 12 supporting the field edge receivers 13 will not line up in a straight line, the support interval of the field edge receivers 13 will become longer, and the ceiling may be bent.

Furthermore, in the case of a suspended ceiling structure using free-standing tile panels, the wall connecting member 10 is required to have high strength so that the wall connecting member 10 does not bend when suspending the ceiling. . In addition, since the ceiling frame was constructed using the same conventional method, the number of parts involved was large, resulting in poor workability.

"Operation" A ceiling unit is formed by integrally connecting opposing sides and/or adjacent sides of a rectangular frame with a reinforcing member. Then, the ceiling unit is connected and fixed between opposing tile panels. Attach the ceiling base directly to the ceiling unit and construct the ceiling wall surface.

Two receiving metal fittings 3 are attached to each short side of the frame 4. Furthermore, as for the ceiling units 1 used around the room, four pieces were attached to each of the long sides of the sides that come into contact with the tile panel structure 2. There are no particular limitations on the number, size, or mounting position of the brackets 3, as long as they can support the entire ceiling in a well-balanced manner.

A method of constructing a ceiling structure using the ceiling unit 1 constructed in this way will be described next. First of all, the fifth
A tile panel structure 2 having a frame formed in advance as shown in the figure is erected as shown in FIG. 6 to form a tile panel wall surface. Next, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the ceiling unit 1 is placed on the top of the tile panel structure 2. At this time, the length of the ceiling unit 1 in the long side direction is equal to or slightly smaller than the length between the opposing tile panel structures 2 (for example, between 2a and 2b). Then, when the ceiling unit 1 is placed, the receiving hardware 3 is placed on the top of the tile panel structure 2. To connect the ceiling units 1, as shown in FIG. 4, the ceiling units 1 are integrated via a connecting member 6 having an I-shaped cross section. In order to use this connecting member 6, the frame 4
It is preferable that the cross-sectional shape of the pipe used for the long sides of the pipe is concave by the thickness of the connecting member 6, as shown in FIG. FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the ceiling unit 1 placed on a tile panel wall surface. The receiving hardware 3 and the tile panel are fixed from the top of the receiving hardware 3 using screws, pin screws, etc.

"Study of Alternative Embodiments" The receiving hardware may be continuous across the entire short side of the frame. This also applies to the case where metal fittings are provided on the long sides of the frame. Further, the ceiling units may be connected to each other by fixing adjacent ceiling units with bolts or the like without using a connecting member. Furthermore, the reinforcing members of the frame may be installed obliquely between adjacent sides of the frame.

``Effect of the idea'' Since the ceiling surface is configured using a ceiling unit manufactured in advance at a factory, work at the construction site involves placing the ceiling unit on the tile panel configuration wall and mechanically fixing it with screws, etc. The work efficiency was significantly improved. In addition, parts such as hanging hardware are no longer required compared to before, the number of parts is extremely reduced, and the work site is less complicated, making it easier for anyone to install the ceiling, not just those who are skilled in the work. It became possible.
