In general, jogging is a simple form of forward movement to build physical strength, but up until now the running course has simply been based on personal preference, resulting in self-satisfaction and not being a good option for health management. However, there are individual differences, and there are often cases where it can actually be harmful. In addition, attempts have been made to install various three-dimensional structures that incorporate elements of play and encourage movements using the whole body, such as playgrounds, but there are few that meet the basics of exercise prescription, and the implementation of comprehensive physical fitness training is unsatisfactory. It wasn't something I could do.

For this reason, in the past, multiple three-dimensional structures for play were installed on the course of an athletic field with a start and a finish line, allowing people to perform gymnastics or exercise to improve their physical strength and health.
It was established in 1973 as a moving area.
44065, in which logs are planted vertically and the number of logs is increased at intervals from the start point and arranged in a curved shape so that players can pass through, and JP-A-55- A type of boat in which various kinds of athletic games are installed around the hull structure is known, as shown in Japanese Patent No. 24021.

However, although the former type of conventional example uses log bars, it is a very monotonous exercise in which the user is forced to continuously pass between groups of bars, which does not have a health training effect. It is not completely satisfying, and even though various play equipment is used in the latter, it is just a play equipment that allows people to play without discrimination, and it has not become a systematic health course that is physiologically systematized. Even if play equipment was installed indiscriminately with emphasis on these factors, there was a risk that it would pose a problem in terms of health management.

In order to solve these conventional problems, the present invention incorporates the three basic elements of muscle stretching exercise (stretching exercises), muscle strength exercise (power up), and aerobic exercise (aerobics) and systemizes them to provide a total exercise prescription. The aim is to provide a highly safe and effective health course that meets the basics.

In particular, a stretching area consisting of multiple horizontal bars is provided at the starting position, a stretching area is provided after the stretching area via a moving area without the use of any equipment, and after passing through the moving area, a leg bending and stretching exercise is performed to jump over multiple play trees. A power-up area for performing arm flexion and stretching movements, which is made up of a plurality of relatively low-height horizontal bars, is carried out from the power-up area via a movement area, and a horizontal bar is used for the movement area. A power-up area for bending and stretching the arms and legs, followed by a power-up area for arm muscle exercises using a ladder bar via a moving area on a horizontal elevated platform, and a power-up area for performing arm muscle exercises using a vertical bar via a moving area. A power-up area for upper body lifting exercises consisting of a bench and a foot presser via a moving area, and a power-up area for upper body diversion exercise consisting of a prone table and a foot presser via a moving area. a power-up area for flexor exercises using balance bars through a movement area, and a stretching area without equipment through the movement area, and then a stretching area through the movement area to reach the goal position. In addition to setting up stretching areas for body exercises, it is also equipped with an instruction explanation display panel (b) that divides the way to move the body and the amount of exercise into multiple stages for each stretching area and each power-up area.

The present invention provides a stretching area consisting of multiple levels of iron bars at the starting position, a stretching area that does not use any equipment via a moving area after the stretching area, and a stretching area in which the legs jump over a plurality of play trees after passing through the moving area. A power-up area for performing arm bending and stretching movements, a power-up area for performing arm bending and stretching movements from the power-up area through a moving area, and a horizontal bar for moving arms through the moving area. This is followed by a power-up area for performing arm and leg flexion and extension exercises using a moving area, followed by a power-up area for arm muscle exercises using a ladder bar on a horizontal elevated platform via a moving area, and then a jumping area using a vertical bar via a moving area. A power-up area for exercise, and a power-up area for raising the body, which is made up of a bench foot presser bar via the transfer area, and an upper body diversion exercise, which is made of a prone table and foot press bar, via the transfer area. It consists of a power-up area for training and a power-up area for flexor exercise using a balance bar through the movement area, and a stretching area without any equipment through the movement area, and then a stretching area through the movement area to reach the goal position. In addition to setting up a stretching area for body extension exercises,
Equipped with an instruction explanation display panel b that divides how to move the body and the amount of exercise into multiple stages for each stretching area and each power-up area, it incorporates the three basic exercise elements of stretching exercises, muscle strength exercises, and aerobic exercises. In addition, it is possible to create a comprehensive health course that is physiologically favorable by providing stretching areas before and after the power-up area, allowing you to easily improve your physical strength and health while exercising by following the instructions on the play explanation display panel for each point. It is possible to practice physical fitness in the right amount and under conditions that are favorable for health management, and unlike repeating casual and monotonous exercise, it is easy to perform systematic exercise that uses the whole body in a measured manner, and it is not harmful to health. You can choose from a variety of different power-up courses that are ranked so that you don't get tired, and you can also do health training that suits your individual differences. People up to the elderly can self-manage their health and enjoy health promotion in an extremely efficient and enjoyable way.
You can maintain and improve basic functions such as fire extinguishers, learn how to exercise in a way that suits you, and easily improve your health and physical strength.
