じ、この除去をクリーニングブレードによつて行
つている。このクリーニングブレードを第6図に
示す。図において、1はクリーニングブレード
で、フランジ2付の金属製板状保持材3の先端
に、厚肉板状の軟質ウレタン樹脂製ブレード部材
4を長さ方向を合わせて取着して構成されてい
る。そして、上記板状保持材3の先端部は、接着
剤層6によつて被覆された状態で上記ブレード部
材4の後端部内に入り込み、それによつて上記ブ
レード部材4と板状保持材3とが一体化されてい
る。4cはブレード部材4の端面、4aはブレー

る。このクリーニングブレード1は、第7図に示

転する感光ドラム5に圧接し残留トナー(図示せ
