By the way, in the above-mentioned conventional pouring device, the molten steel flow discharged from the pouring nozzle 1 flows into the meniscus 2 [molten steel surface on the surface of the molten steel in the mold section surrounded by two drums 3, 3' and a side weir (not shown)]. Point to the surface. ), and as a result, the surface quality of the cast slab 4 is poor. That is, due to the disorder of the meniscus 2, the solidification start position is not uniform, resulting in disadvantages such as the occurrence of surface wrinkles due to the undulation of the meniscus 2 and the occurrence of surface cracks due to unbalanced solidification progress. In particular, when manufacturing thin plate slabs 4, it is difficult to remove surface scratches, and the rolling ratio required to produce the product is small, so the above-mentioned drawbacks are fatal.

As a means for achieving the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a molten steel discharge port on the side surface of the tip of the pouring nozzle, and arranges a buttful plate in the mold to disperse the molten steel flow in the width direction of the mold, and The point is that the pouring nozzle and the full plate are immersed in the molten steel in the mold. That is, the present invention provides a pouring device for a movable continuous casting machine that supplies molten steel from a pouring nozzle into a movable casting mold, cools the molten steel, and continuously casts slabs. A pouring nozzle with an outlet is disposed with the discharge port immersed in the molten steel, and a lower part is immersed in the molten steel between the side surface of the pouring nozzle and the movable mold, and the width of the movable mold is This is a pouring device for a continuous casting machine, characterized in that it is provided with a buff-full plate extending in the direction.

The present invention will be explained in detail below based on FIG. FIG. 1 shows a pouring device according to an embodiment of the present invention, which consists of a baffle plate 5 and a pouring nozzle 1. As shown in FIG. The buffle plate 5 is disposed between the pouring nozzle 1 and the drums 3 and 3', and is supported by a dedicated jig or by being directly connected to the pouring nozzle 1. On the other hand, the pouring nozzle 1 is provided with a molten steel discharge port 6 on the side surface of its tip so that the molten steel flows out in the horizontal direction at the tip of the pouring nozzle 1. A plurality of these molten steel discharge ports 6 are provided and are appropriately arranged in the width direction of the drums 3, 3'. Further, the size of the molten steel discharge port 6 is appropriately determined based on the amount of molten steel supplied.

To explain the operation of the pouring device shown in FIG. 1, the molten steel flow supplied from the molten steel discharge port 6 on the side surface of the tip of the pouring nozzle 1 collides with the baffle plate 5, the flow is relaxed, and the drums 3, 3 ′ is distributed in the width direction.
On the other hand, the pouring nozzle 1 is immersed, and the molten steel flow causes ripples on the surface of the molten steel between the pouring nozzle 1 and the buff-full plate 5. However, drum 3,
The molten metal surface between 3' and the baffle plate 5 is hardly affected by the molten steel flow, and the molten steel surface in this portion is quiet.

The pouring device of the present invention was applied to a twin-drum continuous thin plate casting device. This continuous casting equipment used a steel drum with an internal water-cooled structure and a drum diameter of 2000 mm and a drum width of 1200 mm. The dimensions of the slab obtained are 3 mm thick and 1200 mm wide. The rotational speed of the drum at this time is approximately 32 m/min in steady state.
On the other hand, the pouring nozzle was made of ceramics and was preheated before casting. The width of the pouring nozzle was 1000 mm, and it was immersed 80 mm below the surface of the molten metal.
