[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The invention is an electromagnetic solenoid that winds a coil around the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion of a bobbin, and generates a magnetic force against an iron core placed on the bobbin by energizing the coil. Regarding this, this electromagnetic solenoid is used, for example, as an actuator for driving an electromagnetic valve or the like.

In this case, the coil is wound around the outer circumference of the bobbin, and the starting wire of the coil is connected to one terminal located in the terminal mounting part that is integrally formed with the bobbin, through a locking groove provided in the terminal. At the same time, the winding end wire of the coil is fixed to the other terminal disposed in the terminal mounting portion via a locking groove provided in the terminal.

In the work of winding a coil onto a bobbin using such a winding machine, the winding start wire and winding end wire of the coil are automatically collated by the winding machine through a locking groove in the bending part for fixing each terminal. Especially when fixing the coil to the terminal, it is desirable that the winding end wire and winding start wire of the coil be fixed to the terminal with a certain tensile load applied thereto.

For this purpose, in the past, a locking groove was provided in the terminal that protruded from the terminal mounting part, and the coil was wound around the outer periphery of the bobbin after the starting wire of the coil was placed in the locking groove of the terminal on one side. The end of the winding wire is inserted into the locking groove of the terminal on the other side via the hook part that protrudes from the terminal mounting part.

By fitting the winding start wire and winding end wire of the coil into the locking grooves in this manner, the coil can be maintained in a state where a constant tensile load is applied.
(The structure of the hook portion is not disclosed in the prior art example.) [Problem to be solved by the invention] In such a conventional electromagnetic solenoid, the winding start wire and winding end wire of the coil are connected to the terminal. When a tensile load is applied to the locking groove, the coil may come into contact with the corner of the locking groove, and depending on the electromagnetic force setting, the wire diameter may be small, such as 0.1 mm. It is difficult to select the tensile load.

In other words, if the tensile load is increased, the coil may come into contact with the corner of the locking groove, causing the coil to break.
This is because if the tensile load is weakened, the coil winding may come apart.

[Means for solving the problem] The electromagnetic solenoid of the present invention always applies an optimum tensile load to the coil regardless of the wire diameter of the coil. In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, one side of the terminal protruding from the terminal mounting part is sequentially provided with a locking groove and a bent part for fixing from the terminal mounting part side, and protruding from the terminal mounting part. On the other side of the terminal, a locking groove and a bent part for fixing are sequentially provided from the terminal mounting part side, and each locking groove of the terminal is covered with a covering member made of a soft material whose hardness is softer than that of the material of the terminal. The winding start line and winding end line of the sheath, coil winding line, and winding end line are aligned in each locking groove and fixed to each fixing bent part.

[Function] A certain tensile load is applied to the winding end wire and the winding start wire of the coil while they are in contact with the locking groove of the terminal covered with the covering member made of a soft material, so that the winding of the coil is prevented. The end wire and the winding start wire are not cut by the contact portion with the locking groove.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, according to the electromagnetic solenoid according to the invention, the terminal on one side protruding from the terminal mounting part 4 is sequentially provided with a locking groove and a bent part for fixing from the terminal mounting part 4 side. On the terminal on the other side that protrudes from the terminal mounting part,
A locking groove and a bent part for fixing are provided sequentially from the terminal mounting part 4 side, and each locking groove of the terminal is covered with a covering member made of a soft material whose hardness is softer than that of the material of the terminal. Since the winding start line and winding end line are aligned in each locking groove and fixed to each fixing bend,
Even if the coil winding work is performed with the winding end wire and winding start wire of the coil placed in each locking groove using a winding machine, a certain tensile load is applied to each bending part of the terminal for fixing the coil. Since the concentrated shearing load at the contact area between the coil and the locking groove can be reduced, it is possible to produce electromagnetic solenoids with no coil dislocation and a small coil wire diameter, which provides freedom in the design of electromagnetic solenoids. This greatly improved the level of performance.
