(Prior Art) Conventionally, for example, refrigerator cabinets have been constructed by injecting foam insulation material between an inner box, which is an inner shell, and an outer box, which is an outer shell. I try to do that. For example, the inner box needs to be reinforced in order to support parts such as shelves and trays as well as the stored items placed on it, and this is generally achieved by increasing the material thickness of the inner box. That's what I do. However, in this case, not only the parts that require reinforcement but also the thickness of the entire inner box become thicker, which requires a large amount of material, resulting in a problem of high costs. On the other hand, there are some cases in which reinforcement is achieved by attaching a metal or plastic reinforcing plate that is separately molded to match the shape of the back surface of the inner box at the part that requires reinforcement. . However, in this case, it takes time and effort to form the reinforcing plate, and it also requires a large amount of money for molds, which results in high costs. Since it is difficult to attach the box tightly and a considerable gap is created, there is a problem that the inner box is deformed by the load of parts such as shelves and stored items due to the gap, which means that sufficient reinforcement cannot be achieved. Was.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) As mentioned above, both of increasing the material thickness of the inner box and attaching a reinforcing plate to the back of the inner box result in high costs and A case in which a reinforcing plate is attached to the back side of the box has the problem that sufficient reinforcement cannot be achieved in other areas.

[Structure of the invention] (Means for solving the problems) The insulation wall of the invention is composed of an inner shell, an outer shell, and a foam insulation material injected and foam-filled between the two shells. A space is provided on the back side of the part of the inner shell or outer shell where reinforcement is required, and a sheet-like barrier member is attached to the space, and has holes through which the foamed insulation material is passed while crushing the air bubbles. It is characterized by this.

(Function) According to the above means, the foamed heat insulating material with the bubbles crushed solidifies in a liquid state on the back surface of the portion where reinforcement of the inner shell or outer shell is required, and becomes a member for reinforcing the inner shell or the outer shell.

(Embodiment) An embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a refrigerator cabinet will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. First, in FIG. 2, 1 is a refrigerator cabinet, 2 is an inner box which is the inner shell thereof, and 3 is an outer box which is the outer shell. The inner box 2 is formed with a required number of shelf supports 5 that bulge inward to support the shelves 4 and the stored items (not shown) placed thereon. As shown in FIG. 1, a sheet, for example, a plastic plate 7, with a sufficiently small diameter hole 6 formed in the center thereof, is placed on the back side of the shelf holder 5 as a barrier member. It is attached so that it can be left behind. On the other hand, 8 is a foamed heat insulating material, which is injected into the space between the inner box 2 and the outer box 3 and foamed to fill the space. Here, the foamed heat insulating material 8 reaches the interior of the shelf support 5 through the hole 6 in the above-mentioned plate 7 portion, but when passing through the hole 6, the air bubbles are collapsed as shown in FIG. escapes and reaches the inside of the shelf support 5 in a liquid state,
Then it hardens. Therefore, the density of the heat insulating material inside the shelf support 5 is high, and the hardness thereof is also high, so that the heat insulating material functions as a reinforcing member 9 as shown in FIG. 1. Incidentally, reference numeral 10 indicates a gas vent hole formed at an appropriate portion of the shelf support 5.

In this way, according to this embodiment, by attaching the plate 7 having a sufficiently small diameter hole 6 in the center as a barrier member to the back side of the shelf support 5 of the inner box,
The reinforcing member 9 can be formed from the foamed heat insulating material 8, so it does not require a lot of material unlike the conventional case where the thickness of the entire inner box is increased, and it can be molded to match the shape of the shelf support 5, etc. It does not require the labor and mold costs of molding, unlike those that use reinforced plates, and also eliminates the difficulty of pasting the plate 7 along the shape of the shelf support 5, etc., making it sufficiently cost-effective. can. Unlike the conventional reinforcing plate described above, the reinforcing member 9 according to the present embodiment firmly adheres to the back surface of the shelf support 5, and does not create a gap, so that it can withstand the load of the shelf 4 and the stored items placed on it. It does not deform the shelf support 5 even if it is used, and the reinforcing member 9 is composed only of the liquid mass of the foamed heat insulating material 8 without any mixture, and has sufficient hardness and strength.
The reinforcement can be sufficiently performed.

Note that the barrier member may be constructed of tape or the like instead of the plate 7. In addition, the insulating wall as a whole is not limited to refrigerator cabinets, but can be widely applied to insulating walls in general that have similar circumstances. ) may require reinforcement, so in such cases the outer box (shell) may be reinforced.

[Effects of the invention] As is clear from the above description, the present invention provides a heat insulating wall made of an inner shell, an outer shell, and a foam insulation material injected and foam-filled between the two shells. A space is placed on the back side of the part of the inner shell or outer shell that requires reinforcement, and a sheet-like barrier member is attached to the foam insulation material having holes for passing the foam insulation material into the space while crushing the air bubbles. As a result, the foamed insulation material with the bubbles collapsed reaches the back side of the inner shell or outer shell where reinforcement is required in a liquid state, solidifies without any mixture, and becomes a reinforcing member, which reduces the cost. This has the excellent effect of providing sufficient reinforcement at low cost.
