【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は管路管のストレーナ掛止め装置に係
り、従来使用されているストレーナ挿入装置にお
ける筒形スクリーンの取替え時において押え蓋を
施すまでに挿入口から落下することがあるため取
替えに特殊な操作をしていたのを簡易にするもの
である。

三叉形とし、屈曲管の下部に挿入口eを設け、挿
入口eの内方の管壁に屈曲管dと同角度の環状の
係合段面fをスクリーンhの外径にほぼ合致させ
て設け、挿入口eの内径もスクリーンhの外径に
ほぼ合わせて、押え蓋gを挿入口の周りのフラン
ジにねじ等で取付ける構造にしている。又、スク
リーンhの交換は流体がない状態で行うものであ
るが、該スクリーンの内面には濾過滓が付着する
ため交換をしばしば施さねばならない。しかるに
屈曲管dが前記のように下方に傾いている上、係
合段面f及び挿入口eにはスクリーンを係合保持
できないので、スクリーンhが自重で滑つてずり
落ちるため、第5図に示すように押え蓋gの内面
にスクリーンhを乗せて挿入口eから挿し込み、
手探りで該スクリーンの上端外周を係合段面fに
嵌めて押え蓋gを挿入口eの外周のフランジにね
じ等により固定して組込みを施しているもので、
取付けに時間がかかるのみか、第4図の正確な定
位置への取付けを確認できないから、スクリーン
hを押し潰したまま押え蓋gを締付けてそれに気
付かない等の欠点があり、このためストレーナ作
用を不完全にするおそれがある。
