面に形成した放射状ポケツトからは脱落は防止さ
れるも、他面の環状の溝からは脱落し、軸受組み
立ての際等、作業性に問題があつた。一方、保持
器の両側面からのころの抜け出しを防止したもの
として、実公昭36−2906号により提案された保持
器がある。 この保持器は、ポケツトの内側面を2つの傾斜
壁によりく字形に形成し、そのポケツトの両側の
開口部の幅をころの径より小さく形成して、ころ
の抜け出し防止を図つている。 しかし、上記の保持器では、各々のポケツトに
ついて開口部の幅を所要の寸法に設定する必要が
あるため、寸法管理に手間がかかり、製造が難し
い問題がある。 また、ポケツトの直線状の開口部からころの周
面を線接触状態で押し込んで、ころをポケツトに
収納する必要があるため、開口部やころ周面の摩
耗が生じやすい問題がある。 そこで、この考案は、保持器からのころの脱落

込んでポケツト6に収納される。その場合、ころ
2の端面8が球状となつているため、ころは点接
触の状態で押し込まれることになり、無理が生じ
ないと共に、蟻溝12の内部に端面8が入り込
み、ころの抜け出しが防止される。 第4図及び第5図は、本考案をスラストころ軸
受に適用した実施例を示すもので、第4図は上
面、第5図は下面を示す。この保持器は、環状の
板材10の一方の面にころ2の径よりも小さく、
ころ2の転動方向隙間を加味した放射状溝11を
形成し、他方の面にころ2の長さより小さい開口
幅で、上記放射状溝11の底部を超えて、環状の
蟻溝12を形成したものである。上記実施例と同
様、ころ2の上下方向の脱落は、ころ2の外径及
び端面と溝11,12との干渉で夫々防止され
