Furthermore, postcards are an application that has recently attracted attention. For example, a transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on both sides is pasted together like a sandwich between two printed postcards, or a sheet with twice the area of conventional printing is applied. A postcard is folded from the center and pasted together using a transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. When the recipient peels off the adhesive on such a postcard, the recipient can obtain three times the amount of information for the same price as a regular postcard.

However, the transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets used in such applications require a release paper to protect the adhesive layer. This results in high costs, and the release paper must be removed and disposed of when used. Furthermore, if the adhesive on the postcard is not strong enough, it may peel off during mailing, and if it is too strong, it will take time for the recipient to peel it off, and in severe cases, the printed part will peel off and the writing will be written on it. Printed information may become unclear.

Furthermore, since the open side is always in an adhesive state, dirt tends to adhere to it, and it also has the disadvantage that it can be easily re-adhered after being opened by a third party.

As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention is a laminated sheet in which a thermoplastic resin layer 2 formed by melt extrusion is provided on one side of a transparent polyethylene terephthalate sheet 1 in a state that does not naturally peel off and can be easily peeled off. 3 with heat-sensitive adhesive layers 4, 4' that melt and bond at temperatures below 100°C, or as shown in FIG. It is provided with a heat-sensitive adhesive layer 4 that melts and adheres at temperatures below .degree.

The transparent polyethylene terephthalate sheet 1 used in the present invention has heat resistance that can withstand the production or use of the transparent heat-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention.
Polyethylene terephthalate is particularly suitable because even a relatively thin sheet can be used satisfactorily from the viewpoint of strength.

The thermoplastic resin layer disposed on the transparent polyethylene terephthalate sheet 1 by melt extrusion has a peel strength at the interface between the transparent polyethylene terephthalate sheet 1 and the thermoplastic resin layer 2 that does not naturally peel off.
In addition, the peeling strength is such that a person can easily peel it off by hand, especially T-type peeling force (peeling speed 300 mm/min, 20°C, 65°C).

Therefore, once it is peeled off, it does not easily re-adhere in that state. Among these, mixed resins of ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer and/or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and polyethylene are representative. The mixing ratio of these resins varies depending on the type of transparent polyethylene terephthalate sheet, and is determined so that the above-mentioned peel strength can be obtained, and also when the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 4' is not provided on the thermoplastic resin layer 2, as shown in FIG. In the case of the configuration, the selection is made depending on the thermal bonding conditions for the printed matter 5. The adhesive used as the heat-sensitive adhesive layers 4, 4' is preferably maintained at a temperature that does not affect the interfacial adhesive strength between the transparent polyethylene terephthalate sheet 1 and the thermoplastic resin layer 2, which are laminated to have a peel strength within the above-mentioned range. Can be melted and bonded at temperatures below 100℃.
Furthermore, there is no particular limitation as long as it does not impede transparency.

The transparent heat-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention, in which heat-sensitive adhesive layers 4 and 4' are provided on both sides of the laminated sheet 3 shown in FIG. Alternatively, the postcard 5, which is twice the size of a normal postcard, is folded in half from the center, a transparent heat-sensitive adhesive sheet is sandwiched in a sandwich pattern, and heat is applied to adhere the postcard. The postcards stacked in this manner are mailed as one regular postcard. By manually peeling off the transparent heat-sensitive adhesive sheet portion of the postcard, the recipient can peel the postcard from the transparent polyethylene terephthalate sheet 1 and thermoplastic resin layer 2, and can obtain the printed information 6 on the inner surface.

In the present invention, since the thermoplastic resin layer 2 is melt-extruded on the transparent polyethylene terephthalate sheet, the adhesion at this interface is simply due to adhesion after wet contact during melting, and the transparent polyethylene terephthalate sheet Depending on the combination of 1 and the thermoplastic resin layer and the mixing ratio of the resin used for the thermoplastic resin layer 2, it is possible to adjust the peel strength to an appropriate level that does not cause natural peeling and can be easily peeled off by hand. Therefore, the adhesive interface between the transparent polyethylene terephthalate sheet 1 and the thermoplastic resin layer 2 is different from the adhesive interface between the transparent polyethylene terephthalate sheet 1 and the thermoplastic resin layer 2 (transparent polyethylene terephthalate 1 and the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 4, the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 4 and the printed matter 5, and the thermoplastic resin layer 2). heat-sensitive adhesive layer 4',
In addition, when the sheet shown in Figure 2 is used, it is easier to peel off than the thermoplastic resin layer 2 and the printed matter 5, etc.), and when the recipient peels off the sheet, the transparent polyethylene terephthalate sheet 1 and the thermoplastic resin layer must be separated. It is characterized by peeling off from the interface with layer 2.

By using such a transparent heat-sensitive adhesive sheet, the postcard does not peel off naturally during the process, and the recipient can easily peel off the postcard. Moreover, after the postcard is opened, a beautiful protective layer is formed on the peeled surface of each postcard. , the printed information is reproduced without any damage.

Both outer surfaces of a laminated sheet 3 made by melt-extruding and laminating a thermoplastic resin consisting of 20 parts by weight of ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer and 80 parts by weight of polyethylene to a thickness of 20 μm on one side of a polyethylene terephthalate film 1 having a thickness of 16 μm. Heat sensitive adhesive layer 4
A transparent heat-sensitive adhesive sheet (as shown in FIG. 1) was prepared by applying 25 g/m 2 of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer hot-melt adhesive that melts and heat-bonds at 70°C. Next, as shown in Figure 3, the transparent heat-sensitive adhesive sheet was sandwiched between the printed matter 5 and 5' and the printing ink 6 from both sides, and the sheet was thermocompressed using a heat roll with a surface temperature of 100 to 120°C, and then cooled sufficiently. After that, when the laminated sheet 3 was manually peeled off from the interface between the transparent plastic sheet 1 and the thermoplastic resin layer 2, it was easily separated from the interface, and two pieces of printed matter were obtained with the surface of the printed matter overlaid. Ta. On this occasion,
Peel strength was measured using T-type peel force (peel speed 300
