のである。而して、本発明が手段として構成した
ところは、板材を搬送する搬送装置と、該板材を
先細ステイツク状に細断する可動刃及び受刃とを
備え;前記可動刃は、回転軸上の回転軌跡に対し
て等間隔に配置された複数の細断刃を有し、回転
方向に先行する細断刃と後行する細断刃を、順
次、板材を横断する基準線に対して交互に左右異
なる方向に傾斜偏位せしめて成り;前記受刃は、
前記基準線に対して左右両方向に傾斜偏位するよ
う回動自在に支持されると共に、該受刃に衝合さ
れる各細断刃に合致すべく可動刃の回転と同期し

明した割箸の製造工程の概略を解説すると、第5

対接させられ、該原木1の外周より連続して帯状
の板材2を切り取られ、該板材2を搬送後、所定
間隔に裁断されて単板材3とされる(第5図B)。
この単板材3は、更に搬送された後、先細ステイ
ツク状に細断され割箸半製品4とされる(第5図
C)。この細断に際しては、単板材3の歩止まり
を考慮して、単板材3を横断する基準線に対し
て、順次、左右異なる方向に傾斜する切断線に沿
う切断が行われる。割箸半製品4は、以後、外周
角部を切削して面取部5を形成され(第5図D)、
その前後何れかの工程において、半製品4を挟ん
で中心軸線に沿う一対の割溝6が形成されると共
に、該半製品4の尾端部を残して一対の割溝6を
連通するように切溝7が形成され、これにより割
箸8が得られる(第5図E)。
