ず、押え金具14の変形或は燃焼板4の振動を来すおそ

公報に示すように、セラミックプレ−ト1を固定する押
え金具9とセラミックプレ−ト1の間にもパッキン10
を配して熱膨張の吸収と振動防止を行うようにしたもの
